    exactly what my DZ does. theres a river roughly a mile away, but you can stand up in it and not drown. but theres cornfields about 10 feet away from the landing area, where students can get lost in for hours. MB 3528, RB 1182

    ha that game is ok. I liked going in on my skydive. You hit the ground, lay there for about 10 seconds, then a message pops up that says your rig is packed and you hop up and can walk around. although things in that game are expensive. i got $4 from an atm and i can't even buy a shirt with that.     those are real clouds, I've seen them before although at the time the person i was with called them "Mammory clouds" this person also said they usually indicate a big thunderstorm. MB 3528, RB 1182

    I used to write a pretty big entry for them. Now i write jump number, date, altitude, etc. I'll usually put who i jumped with and what type of jump, and how many docks/points. MB 3528, RB 1182

    some:16:0 16 jumps this weekend at COUCH FREAKS! I did a 15 way and a 17 way tracking dive, a 4 point 15 way, a couple hoop dives and a few jumps that cost me $1 or even $0. also got completely trashed 3 nights in a row. MB 3528, RB 1182

    if you are worried about colors damaging the lines, couldn't you instead mark the line attachment points? The tape stuff that tacks the lines to the canopy. Surely a small dot of marker there couldn't hurt much. MB 3528, RB 1182

    i knew someone who had a cypres fire and a two out situation... he didn't even notice that he had two out, as the reserve was in a biplane trailing him. he cracked his femur on landing. needless to say hes not jumping anymore. MB 3528, RB 1182
