Got it... The best you can do is lame personal attacks when you have been called on your BS and been proven to be full of it. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -

Wow... the best you can do is some personal slam? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -
Very sorry to hear that.... I hope it is not serious. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

This is where we differ. I think the disadvantages are events that would most likely happen anyway but with different tools. Good laws stand the test of time. Do you disagree that if the Jews had the right to firearms that things would have been different? That never ends well. On a side note are you coming down this way this year? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

They at least learned the lesson, some were so failed in their public education that they still think it is a good idea. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

You may not remember since your were engaged. But, I left when the drunks came out of the woodwork and started shooting. I did see some of the carnage after the cease fire before it was set on fire.... Must admit it was cool. Kinda hard to avoid the place forever since I was living there. But I make it a point to not be around drunks and firearms. You don't seem to have that problem since you created the party. Is that your idea of responsible firearms ownership? Those that know me, know I rarely drink. And when I do there are no guns in my control. Well YOU claimed: "It was reported that the guns may be locked safely away when not in use and that the man had received extensive firearms training throughout his lifetime. " All the firearms training I have had told me that guns and alcohol don't mix. What training program did you take that said drunks shooting at a trailer on an impromptu range was a good idea? So your idea of "fun" is to take glee in a tragedy? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Not if you use a gun to shoot the guy that is trying to hurt 30 people. VA tech they had a rule that didn't allow you to take a gun on campus. The base in TX has a lot of guns.... But they are all locked away in an armory unless you are on a range. And when you have a your gun out... you are not allowed to have ammo unless you are on the range. You are proving our points.... Both places were, in effect, disarmament zones. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Yes it was a statement of fact. And armed populace is not as easy to lead to a slaughter. http://www.innocentsbetrayed.com/ "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Nope.... But you don't see me saying we didn't. Also, the American Indians had the right to defend themselves against the aggression, IMO. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Man who have never owned a gun as yet to be mugged in 39 years.

I guess you also approved of the way the SC ruled in Dred Scott? Then lets see if you still think that way when Chicago's handgun ban is overturned. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -
Witnesses report seeing this man firing at a green trailer parked at a DZ.... Several people at that impromptu range were reported to have been drinking..... More as this story breaks. This reporter has also have extensive firearms training and never needed a gun to defend himself.... It is reported that this reporter has also been able to avoid dangerous situations.... For example when all the drunks were shooting at the trailer, he left the DZ. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I think you do have an comprehension problem. Until they make the decision, and that only happens when they actually do the deed, they are still innocent. Now, maybe in your own little world just the THOUGHT of doing bad things makes them guilty.... But in the real world it is the deed. 100% consistent. But then again your throwing all kinds of crap out and hoping something other than the topic sticking is ALSO 100% consistent. Good thing I am just a guy with an OPINION and I am not convicting him. You want to convict people based on your opinion alone and punish them based on what you seem correct. Actually, the only one wrong here is you. All the thrashing around you do to try and distract from that does not work. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -

This shows either: 1. You don't even read my posts and just assume you know everything. 2. you have a reading comprehension problem. Or you could show where I said anything like that..... But you won't. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Wrong as usual..... He is not a criminal till he actually does it. And he is not guilty till he is proven guilty in a court of law. Sorry, you don't get to make up rules no matter how much you would like to make them. You should jump all over Boxer since she has done it and admitted to it. This the guy you want to get behind? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

So a person who is not allowed to own a gun: 1. 17 years old. 2. Drug user. Who is breaking the law: 1. Owning a gun illegally. 2. Carrying a gun illegally. 3. Running from the police. 4. Maybe attempted to fire at the police. 5. Possible kidnapper Shot HIMSELF while he was running from the cops and maybe trying to shot at the cops. This does not really help your cause. Up until the second they make that decision.... Yep. You of course are free to attempt to be judge/jury/executioner in your own mind all you want. But you taking that stance does not change FACTS one little bit. And the facts are you are not guilty till proven guilty. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -
Nonsense... your people rounded up innocents and killed them. But before your people did that, they made damn sure they were disarmed. Armed people would not be as easy to round up. And you seem to miss the point that this man PREVENTED violence without using violence...... But like I asked before... You would rather the guy been stabbed to death? I think I see the problem... You can't tell serious bits from humor. Since MOST people got the joke, maybe it was not the message sent? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
