  1. Were the toggles lighter than normal on the flair? Was it way easy to flair the canopy? And as always, when in doubt PLF. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  2. I have head this same rumor... Can anyone substantiate it? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I did not call BS on you...I just had to help you reframe the question. Ivan Petrovich Pavlov would love you....Just as his dogs started to salivate when he rang a bell.... You think "4way" as soon as you hear tunnel. As soon as you realized that they guy had 20 jumps...You gave a great answer. I might try to run over and say hi...Keep me posted...April is to far away for me to make any plans. 4. Geeze...are the scores top secret? I feel like a heroin addict that knows there is a hit...but not how to get them. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  5. 110 way 2 point 60 way. 4 point 40 way. Then I stopped doing big things. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Yeah it sucked, but I don't care much about the place...I go for Average..and he can do it... Nope, you had very good points. If he were just going for "performance"...I would do 20-30 min of tunnel. To much more might be wearing him out more than doing good. And besides going to new DZ's is part of skydiving. So I would have him do 20-30 min of tunnel to be "serious"...and then have him go to a new DZ and make a few fun jumps and show off his stuff. But if it rained...I'd blow the rest on tunnel as well. Next time you are down, let me know...I'll drive over just to say Hi!. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

We looked at him when we lost Healy last year. Thats when with no training he stepped up and did a 15.4 with us. We didn't pick him up at the times since he is not "Legal" for medals. I am talking to him some this year...But I might be doing something bigger. He can drink at Zhills. I don't agree.. I have seen 10 minutes make a difference. 30 minutes of time even with "just" a SkyVenture instructor (remember Eliana and Thomas were "just" SV instructors..And have done a 15.4 with Rusty another instructor) can do wonders. Thats 30 minutes of flying for about the same cost as 4 coach jumps (4 min of flying) and a solo. 11. Please open your eyes and think about things...don't just take the word of anyone when it comes to your life. They were met with the same type of resistance that I have now for the Vigil...The difference between now and then was; When I started skydiving an experienced person didn't want an AAD...They were dangerous...The would fire in the middle of a jump, and for other reasons when they were not supposed to. They CYPRES came out, and EARNED its reputation....Some of those that were skeptical (like me) eventually got one. Those that have never been without a CYPRES...Really don't think about all the bad things that AAD's were before. The ASTRA was another AAD that came out with great fanfare, but mostly fizzled out. I am not yet sure weather the Vigil will be an old AAD, earn its reputation like the CYPRES, or fade away like the ASTRA. I personally do not want to be the guy that gets killed due to a missfire, or buys the new thing that turns out to be less than half of its hype. So I will wait for the Vigil to prove itself. 12. No it was not a lie since he had reports saying both....He might have made a mistake to go with the wrong one... But its not a lie....Its just being wrong. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  13. Again all the people that "knew" the world was flat are liars? How about all the folks that "knew" that fire was an element that was released from materials? No, you can have say the truth about somethings and it can be wrong. And you can't PROVE he lied...You might be able to prove he was wrong. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  14. I have not convicted him...Unlike you and your claims of GWB and WMD's. If he cares to PROVE he is innocent, I will gladly listen. And that is a general statement...Doing that does bring questions about a guys character. Even the hint of it does...And there is more than a hint of it with Kerry. Simple...I'm not them. And they were all brought to justice. How can you bash a country that you choose to live in every chance you get? 15. OK #1. That is not the same as Bush lying. #2. Remember the world is flat. Or atleast that what folks thought back 300 years ago...That does not make them liars...It just makes them wrong. So all the quote proves is that Rummy was wrong..Not that he lied. To have alie you have to be able to prove he knew one thing, and said another... Case in point Clinton ADMITTED he lied...Or you can prove it any other way you want.. But you have not PROVEN Rummy or GWB2 lied. You MIGHT be able to show that they made a mistake...But you have not proven they lied. How hard is that to understand? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  16. BECAUSE YOU FOLKS KEEP SAYING SHIT YOU CAN'T BACK UP. If Bush is suspected of something...Then you act as if he is ALREADY guilty...Then you DEFEND Clintons actions. Jesus folks pick a set of rules and play by them...ONE SET, NOT TWO...ONE FOR EACH POLITICAL PARTY. PROVE THIS!!!! You can't.....Hate to break it to you, but things like 9/11 were being planned during Clintons time. The 1st WTC bombing happend on Clintons watch...and he did fuck all about it. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  17. But what if they are know to lie? Then how can you tell if they are lying when they say the will do things? Sleeping with someone other than your wife and lying about it says something to me abaout a guys character Also he claims that soldiers did really bad things in Vietnam...But he claims to be proud of serving... So is he proud of doing horrible deeds? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  18. And how the lefties got a few shots in of GWB lying, even though they have no proof of it? But we have proof good old Clinton lied...Or that he "tried to tell the truth but failed". Brought to you by the same folks that needed "sex" and "is" explained to them. So just to sum things up.... Clinton DID lie. (We have proof) Kerry MAY have had an affair. (We don't have proof) Bush MAY have lied about WMD's (You don't have proof.) But since you are more than willing to say that Bush did lie without proof...You would have to be stupid to think that others are not going to do the same with Kerry....Once again..Pick a set of rules and play by them. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  19. Thats not "helping them out" Thats a photo op. Helping someone out is not taking them to six flags...Its making sure they have the opportunity to get an education, and the ability to get on a bus without the fear of some jackass blowing it up. But both sides do photo ops anyway. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  20. I have a standard with my friends... If I don't introduce you to someone...Most likley its cuase I forgot their name. So If you walk up and I don't introduce you....Introduce yourself. "Hi, Im Ron, Muenkel is being rude by not introducing us...Maybe he is afraid I'll take you!" Then when she says her name....I repeat it very clearly to her and you. It works. 21. Congradulations. I tried twice. First time I made it to the jacket. Then they sent me back to my unit to get more Army time. Second time I was injured before I went to tryouts...That didn't go well. I don't regret my Army time....And I ended up getting out with a 50% disability. 24. And do me a favor.... Cut and paste this: Please send my canopy to: Ron c/o Skydive City 4241 Skydive Ln. Zephyrhills FL. That way when you do jump it...and you DO hammer in and die...I get a new canopy!!! (My Dad always said to try and look for the bright side of things) Thanks!!!! And I still think this is a troll.
