Oh so if you don't agree with what the coutry asks of you its OK to dodge the draft and run? But its OK to enjoy the rights the country gives you all the time and bitch about it when you don';t get your way...But when you are asked to do something for your country...well then the game is off. Let me guess you are a Democrat and liked Clinton right? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

you seem to be avoiding my responce in another thread...Typical bill...Don't want to answer so you just ignore it. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Oh geeze..I give up. It's clear that every thing and everyone in Florida who had any political power arranged the election to screw democrats...Including making it easier to allow felons to vote, or even letting them vote at all (who we all know just LOVE republican canidates). It is also clear that those clever Republicans managed to make an election ballot that was only hard for Democrats to understand...What a marvel of pyshociological engeneering to make a ballot that only a Republican could understand. It is also clear that a seperate branch of government (The Supreme Court who are appointed for life) felt that they had to support GWB for fear of????? Fear of???? Well he can't fire them so I don't know why they did it...But it is clear they did. Good God. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

To quote you: Looks like it was not "selectively applied" there. Looks like it was made much easier...And remember VERY few felons vote Republican. So you are blaming a process put into place, by no one in particular that ALLOWS felons to vote if they can prove they are allowed that had issues in it...Also ya think some of the people with the names of felons might have voted for GWB? I mean I could have been not allowed to vote casue some guy named Ron robed a 7-11... However Gore went after and tried to disallow a group that was known to be Republican. Again in one case you have a badly written and executed procedure that hurt both Gore and Bush. And int he other situation you had a situation where a guy tried to eliminate a certain group which he knew would be for Bush. You seem to miss the point that in the first case (Your people with the same name as a felon) was an ACCIDENT that happend and NOONE TRIED to make it happen. Where the case of my military ballot was a case where gore TRIED to eliminate them so he had a better chance to win. In one an accident happend, in the other a canidate went out of his way to try and eliminate a group so he could win... Its the INTENT between the two. One was an accident, the other had intent. Sore/Looserman tried to get my military vote kicked out... So your point is what? That a system put in place accidently effected some people who could have gone around it, or that a canidate in his attempt to win purposely tried to eliminate a section of the vote so that he stood a better chance to win? Do you like how he admitted to commiting war crimes? How does he plan on paying for it? From sKerrys web site: Strengthening America's Schools for the 21st Century John Kerry believes that we need to invest in our schools instead of giving tax cuts to the wealthiest Americans. He has the courage to fight for our children’s future every day. When it comes to education, George W. Bush has been the photo-op President. He stands next to children and teachers for a picture, but he doesn’t stand with them when it comes to improving our public schools. By signing the No Child Left Behind Act Which Kerry also signed and then breaking his promise by not giving schools the resources to help meet new standards, George Bush has undermined public education and left millions of children behind. As President, John Kerry will roll up his sleeves and get things done for America’s schools. It’s time to stop sending new mandates from Washington to school districts without providing the necessary resources needed to carry out those new rules. That’s why John Kerry is proposing a new ‘Education Trust Fund’ that means fully funding education, no questions asked. I have a question? How are you going to pay for it? John Kerry also believes that given the demands of a global economy, every single child has to be able to reach high standards in order to prosper. To ensure that all children can meet high standards, we need to do so much more to improve our public education system. John Kerry will support teachers, reduce class sizes, and rebuild crumbling schools. How are you planning on paying for it John? You mean like the patriot act that Kerry VOTED FOR? The Patriot Act was passed nearly unanimously by the Senate 98-1, and 357-66 in the House. (H.R. 3162, CQ Vote #313: Passed 98-1: R 49-0; D 48-1; I 1-0, 10/25/01, Kerry Voted Yea) And how he defended it? “Most of [The Patriot Act] has to do with improving the transfer of information between CIA and FBI, and it has to do with things that really were quite necessary in the wake of what happened on September 11th.” (Sen. John Kerry, Remarks At Town Hall Meeting, Manchester, NH, 8/6/03) Like Clinton did? It will not happen anytime soon....Haveing served in the military I can tell you it WILL NOT HAPPEN...Ft. Cambell should have proven that to you. “Asked if he would support a state constitutional amendment barring gay and lesbian marriages, Kerry didn’t rule out the possibility. ‘I’ll have to see what language there is,’ he said.” (Susan Milligan, “Kerry Says GOP May Target Him On ‘Wedge Issue,’” The Boston Globe, 2/6/04) “I think the question of abortion is one that should be left for the states to decide,” Kerry said during his failed 1972 Congressional bid. (“John Kerry On The Issues,” The [Lowell, MA] Sun, 10/11/72) But then yes he does agree later. thats not what he said here: “Throughout two centuries, our federal judiciary has been a model institution, one which has insisted on the highest standards of conduct by our public servants and officials, and which has survived with undiminished respect. Today, I fear that this institution is threatened in a way that we have not seen before. … This threat is that of the appointment of a judiciary which is not independent, but narrowly ideological, through the systematic targeting of any judicial nominee who does not meet the rigid requirements of litmus tests imposed …” (Sen. John Kerry, Congressional Record, 2/3/86, p. S864) But now he wants to impose just such a setup???? Good casue it still seems weak, and I tire of the game. Saudi Arabi said they thought they had them... Hell SH said he had them ata times depending on who he was talking to. SH had missles that had a range greater than he was allowed to have. SH had made a supper cannon that was able to shoot 650 miles. Blix even found that he was testing missles with a greater range than he was allowed WHILE BLIX WAS IN COUNTRY. Curveball a Iraqi defector said he know of moble Chem labs. Hans Blix himself said that the Iraqi's would not permit U2 overflights...and that they would not allow us to take scientists out of the country to question them. He also said that Iraq did not provide "Active co-operation" as required by the UN resolution. There was alarge amount of evidence...And look at the first post int his thread...even the people who are now saying it was wrong at one time thought he did have them. Some of it...Curveball gave bad intel on purpose..but he was a German informant, not ours, and we didn't know he was lying till AFTER the war started and he started bragging about it. Some of it was out dated...as in some of the British info Some was false, such as Niger and the uranium... But you add it all up, and at the time it painted a clear pictuce that Iraq had WMD's... It seems like if he did have them he got rid of them...So the question is how and where? He answered none of those questions before th war and stil has not answered them. The big fear and the one that I fear is correct is that he did have them and he sold or gave them to terrorist groups. That was our big fear anyway...He knew that we would blast him if HE used them, but if the PLO used them then it was not him we would go after.... So he could kill with WMD's by making and suppling them without getting nuked. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Ya know thats a good thought....But that does not explain Airspeeds round 5 in Lake Wales then. The NJ or bust question is not very well defined....Kinda like block 12's issues. I kinda agree with that guys idea...But it is not defined to my knowledge...and I just passed my regional judge rating. We all have our theory...You CHOOSE not to accept it based on what? Your experience? Your study? You have said you have neither the experience I do, and you have admitted you have not done any study....So YOUR opinion is dust in the desert....Worthless. We have show it about 1,000 times you have decided not to see it. Edison took 1,000 tries to get the light bulb...If he had listened to you we would be sitting in the dark. Whats got my goose is a 100 jump wonder with a PhD thinking that he knows more about a subject I have been doing 11 years and 3300 times. All the while he just snipes at my and others ideas with stupid retoric that solves nothing....Devils advocate is great, but you are just being dense and trying to hurt the cause. How can you be so smart and NOT see how low time jumpers under high performance canopies is bad? If I tried to start a flight school with Pitts Specials or Extra 330's I would NOT be very successful...There is a reason that most places will not let you solo a HP complex aircraft without EXPERIENCE...Same thing applies to skydiving. You seem to think this is a big sport with tons of research money...nope. There ARE no studies...There WILL BE no studies that will match your requirements... In the absence of quantifiable data...sometimes you have to go with educated observations from the experts in the field. If you want to start that study...go head, hell I'll help. But I bet you have not done ONE thing about this other than slam everyone's ideas....Several of us have been working on this problem for 10+ years....We got you beat.
