I can agree with part of this in theory. We do encourage people to reproduce and that leads to a bigger drain on society by bringing even more people into the situation. Very FEW people get out of the welfare cycle. And that is in large part due to them not WANTING to get out. His solution is crap however since he is going after genetics and not the social issues. The soultion is to try and get the people in wefare interested in changing their own lives....And to be honest I don't know how to do that...Genetics is not the problem its the society they grow up in. But this asshat is talking genetics. BTW I REALLY doubt this is a real site endorsed by the guy....
