If they are unwilling to work...I am unwilling to give them ANYTHING....NOTHING. Not one cent of my money. There are several people that given the chance WILL ban them. All it took in England was a bad bit of press and some really agressive lawmakers. It CAN happen. What about those that are unwilling to work for it? I mean Bill Cosby said that many young black kids are not taking advantage of the opportunities that they have been given. The best you can hope for is to provide the OPPORTUNITY to people...you can't make them do anything if they don't want to. By providing everyone with houses, food and spending money you remove many peoples desire to work to try and get more. They live off of society, and will never strive for more. We were finished fighting with SH's Republican Guard troops. They were done. It was the end to organized fighting. We had the city. It was no longer a war to clear out SH...He was done.
