Once Iw as out, I found a friend that was an examiner and transitioned to Strong since the DZ I live on uses them. Just find a guy and get the rating. Its not a hard rating to get by any means. Domestic abuse or prior weapons violations would prevent someone from getting a CWP. If you had one they would revoke it. Arroyo had a history, but no felony convitions. The State. In FL it is a CWP Concealed Weapons Permit...I *think* in TX they call it a Concealed Handgun License. Yes, I am sure you are off beam in some way However, If you just track exit to break you will have 38 different things to track (based off of a full draw). If you try to track EVERY exit to second point you have 38 X 38 = 1,444 (someone check my math)...I doubt you will make that many jumps in a year. Also you really only need to track: -Exit to break so you know what exits need work. -Block times. You *could* track all random transitions.....But very few teams will get to a point where they make enough jumps for that info to be useful in training. Same thing for exit to second point. The folks at the tunnel know who is safe and who is not. And they do a great job of watching the coaches and I have seen them kick out a "Coach" that was not qualified. How big of an issue do you think that is? You think Chromy could not go to Perris and coach? Even without a "rating" he is known. I have no doubt I could spend 2 min in the tunnel and the rat (loving term) would realize I know how to coach flat flying. See, I liked to PRO rating. There was a situation that was posing a *danger* to the spectators. Also, it gave the sport a bad name when some guy kicked a baby out of its mothers arms. There is a higher rate of HIV in Homo sexual males than any other group. The reasons? 1. The quite simple fact that during Anal intercourse the wall of the anus is torn and bleeds. This allows for a MUCH higher rate of transfer than vaginal intercourse. Women are more likely to get HIV from an infected man than a man from an infected woman. Add in the the bleeding from anal intercourse and a gay man can transfer HIV to a gay man via anual intercourse much easier. 2. Lack of use of a condom in young men. Hetero men don't like to use a condom and when they do it is most times to prevent getting the woman pregnant. Young gay men follow the same pattern. Neither group seems to think of HIV, and gay men will not get pregnant. 3.
