  3. Things change. They decided that the canopy was not ready for market. I'm not going to discuss what the issue was that made them not want to release it...But I really respect a company (particulary a new company) that does not release a product before they are happy with it. Yes, but my news was "Stop looking for it, that project is done". I don't work for them, so maybe my info is not good enough....Fair enough. But who says that a company HAS to say what they are doing? That is one problem that websites like this have created. They say canopy "X" will be released next year. But then circumstances change that. Ian was feeling pretty good about the canopy...He died. Bushman did not have the same warm and fuzzy about the canopy. They tried to fix the issues, but in the end the best choice was to scrap the program. However, they tried to keep the commitments. And people all expect them to deliver a product before its ready. I'd much rather they not. So I commend them for not bending to preasure and releasing a product they are not happy with. Yes, but is it owed? PD took some flack for not realeasing the Katana when they said they would...Again good on them. Bushman is a picky bastard...I like that in a gear company. Think of all the problems we would not have had if everyone was that way....NOVA, ect. Aerodyne is gonna get nothing but respect from me for this choice. But yes, an "offical" anouncement would be nice...But I don't think its needed. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  4. See for me, given the choice of killing murderers that are found guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt, or killing unborn innocent children. I'll go with killing the bad guys. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  5. I can go to an abortion clinic in a blue state and show you the remains of several innocent people put to death. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  6. They were not 100% happy with it. So they are not releasing it. Bushman told me they are going back to the drawing board back in Nov. Everything I have been told about it is good, but not what they want to release. I commend them for not rushing a product to market. This is the kind of company I like to see. 7. You have to target someone...there is not enough money to target everyone. If Gays and Black Women are the highest risk groups...They should be the ones targeted. It's not racism, it's not bigotry....It's doing the most you can with what you have. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  8. Blue states are more likley to allow criminals to go free and prey on others...Who would have thought? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I rarely carry. I tend to avoid places where there could be problems....However I should have the right to protect my self. Please read about the judges family that were murdered in their home. They did not go out looking for trouble....But it found them. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I disagree, John said he avoids crazy people with weapons... How does he do that? Using Superman and Xray vision is a light hearted way to ask that question. I would like to know how John avoids crazy people with weapons? Does he avoid crazy people? How does he know they are crazy? Does he only go to places with Metal Detectors? If so, how does he get to those places? This shooting was in a downtown square near a courthouse. Lots of people there that day had no idea that there was a crazy guy with a gun. How would he, you, or I know? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I tend to avoid bars, but this was a courthouse downtown...Hard to avoid if you have jury duty, or business there. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  13. Very important question. How can a coach develop a program for you if he does not have an idea how much time you have to learn? Also, let him know what you want to learn or need to work on. This I don't agree with..there are many really great fliers at the tunnel...Some of them are fantastic skydivers. Not all even jump. I have taken people to the tunnel for 15 min before and they saw a marked improvement. http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1343580#1343580 Depending on what you want to learn should decide who you get. A good number of people don't live near the tunnel and can't just go watch. For those people the best method to fiqure out who you should get to coach is ask around. Don't just accept that someone is a good coach, ask people they have coached. Ask on here. There is plenty of information out there to help you make your choice easier. Like AFF, at times you need to be with the student to fix body position and correct application. If a coach spends all of his time outside the tunnel he is not doing all he can, if he spends all his time flying around, he is not doing all he can...There is a a balance. Talking to others will tell you which coach does what. Talk to a few of the folks on here who have done Mojo camps. CaptainBB7 was so happy after the last camp that I was sore...Made him happy (sicko). Coaches for the most part don't want to fly. They HAVE to fly. My only point is this is to say that just because a coach is in the tunnel does not mean he is stealing time....If he is in there by himself, by all means tell him that you are not willing to pay for his fun. But most times a coach is there and needs to be there to teach. It would be like doing AFF by video. One thing you forgot to mention.... Look for a coach that is willing to spend time before and after the session. Many times BEFORE is more important than after and is often over looked. 14. You are killing me with laughter here. You have shown you cannot do that by insulting me...You continue to show your emotional immaturity. I will as soon as I find those "Morales" you said I didn't have...I must admit you were right for once...I can't even find what they are, so I must not have any. Nope, but think that way if you wish. See its not hard to guess what you are going to say...I call my sisters 5 year old kid and ask what he thinks...And then I have your comments to any given subject. Really...I don't hate you....I can't hate you, I don't know you. I dislike how everything you say seems to be a "white bash"...A slam along the lines of Jessie Jackson. But I really don't hate you. If I hated you, I would ignore you....I get loads of enjoyment out of your ramblings. See again, I don't hate you...But you have said several times how you hate me...you might be on to something...One of us hates the other...But you have the roles reversed. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  15. Then you agree with it. He never said that. No, you can't use them as a scape goat...But you alos can not ignore the that gay men are the largest segment of the population that is spreading the disease. The reasons are important, but so is the group. If I had to implement a program to try and reduce AIDS in the US and I could only target one group...It would be gay men that I would target first. Next would be Black Females. I would target those groups based on the numbers of new cases each year have those two at the top. No, I can only speak for myself, but I don't want to find myself in a situation where some crazy has a weapon and I am unarmed and unable to do anything but watch myself get killed. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  17. Your 15 mins of entertaining me are over. I continue to find your hatred funny, and your claiming to be smarter while you use your "intelect" to do nothing more than try and insult me....3rd graders do that. Even if your IQ was higher (which I doubt)...Your emotional IQ is quite lower if your posts and insults are any indication. You are so easy to read even with the tin hat on. Every post of yours drips with anger and your arguments and debate tactics are those found on an elementary school playground. Like I said...Your 15 mins of entertaining me are over. Have fun with the tin hat and the hate. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  18. Yeah, you are loads smarter than me... BTW I am still looking for these "morales" you speak about.....Anyone else find it funny he calls me ignorant now? BTW you started the insults with your "mind reading" BS again. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  19. Nice personal attack. Shame you have to call people names to try and feel big. BTW I am still looking for these "morales" you speak about.....Anyone else find it funny he calls me ignorant now? 20. If you can't: A. Stop the "white bash" attitude B. Stop acting like a 3rd grader and try to insult me. Don't bother to try and play big boy with me and have a discussion. Have a nice day. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  21. Not mind reading to see that everything you write is something I expect came from a Jessie Jackson website. You took a thread about a founding father and freedom and turned it into a "White Bash". No, but you claim one thing and you can't prove any of it. And you never answered my question...Like always, you avoid answering an questions and prefer to try and insult people. See? I would regret living a life so filled with hate. Edit to add... I have both morals and esprit de corps ...but alas, I have no morales. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  22. Ever read the Bible? Ever read the Bible? Also if I remember correctly blacks also sold blacks into slavery. I guess everything you don't like has to be "the Man" trying to keep you down. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  23. You still have not answer what it will cost if anything. See that makes the difference between a program, and a program designed to make someone money. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  24. Maybe just spend more time at Bragg. I have only heard it called that there, or by ex Bragg folk. "In the column" is the same thing. I have a feeling she would have understood that. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  25. "In the cone" is tunnel speak for being in the wind. "I coached 12 hours of tunnel last mth, but was only in the cone for 6." Started and is used most by the people who have been around the Bragg tunnel. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
