If they both act the same they should get treated the same. I had a black friend get "harassed" By a cop. He told me his story. He got stopped for speeding, no seat belt...ect. He started talking shit to the cop. Cop :"Do you know why I pulled you over?" Him: "Yeah, I was driving while Black." Anyway he was told to get out of his car, he didn't. When he finaly did get out of the car he was told to sit on the curb....He refused. Other cops showed up since the officer called for back up....One was black. He called the black cop a "sellout". Anyway long story short he claims he was harrased... I asked him..."Were you speeding?". He said ,"Yes" "Did you have your seat belt on?" he said "No" "Did you talk trash to the cop?" he said, "Yes" Well I have been stopped by cops before...It goes like this: Cop: "Do you know why I pulled you over?" Me: "No *sir*". Cop: "You were speeding" Me: "Really? I was just trying to go with the flow *officer*" Sometimes I get a driving award...Sometimes I get off with a warning. If I had called him an asshole, I bet things would have gone differently. And if he had called him sir I bet things would have been different as well. ?????? She got pulled over for: 1. Doing 51 in a 35. 2. Broken windshield 3. Tail light out. 4. No seat belt. She gave him attitude from the start including throwing the race card..."You would not pull over a white for this". He called for back up since she was a problem already. When he ran her license she was driving on a suspended license. When he tried to arrest her, she resisted. So we have: 1. Speeding 2. Broken windshield 3. Broken tail light 4. No seat belt. All worth a ticket. AND 5. Driving on a suspended license 6. Resisting arrest. Worth a trip to jail. He warned her more than 4-5 times that is she did not get out of the car he would tazer her....She continued to resist. He tazered her once, she STILL failed to comply. She was tazered once and failed to follow instructions. If the two "healthy" cops had grabbed her we would be sitting here and you would be saying they "Beat her". She is a twit.
