they reduce drag. it wont do anything really unless you reduce drag in many places, like line thickness clothes bag and pilot chute removed slider removed stabilizers removed. you get the picture? it all adds up but just the risers alone don't make any difference that you will notice, plus it makes it harder to land with rears.

i dont see the problem with that. why would they be forced to rent when they could just buy? i dont get it. really, im not trying to be a dick, but your not making any sense to me. this problem is "at home" to MANY peeps, and is exactly what were doing. -

you should read this thread and see all the things they do and have done and decide for yourself if your mad or not. don't be a follower, decide for yourself if what they do is angers you or not.. besides the fact that your probably stirring the fire, i for one am mad at all the operations remotely related to a business that will steal from a dead man, then proceed to steal from his family during a fundraiser to get those tandems to come to your dz so you can make the money, dirty money that is... do you like dirty money? if not then you shouldn't be mad if you like a paycheck where part if not most of it was stolen in some way shape or form, some being white collar crimes then some being just flat out theft, then there is no reason for you to be mad. just carry on with what your doing. meanwhile, we will carry on with what were doing and try to take away as much of your paycheck as possible. -

you will jump more at this boogie, i promise. if you dont, there isnt one excuse in the world. you will see soon. -
you can get just as much out of a 270 as you can out of a 450. that is unless your making 1000 jumps a year.

because, for as many peeps that like it, there is always one or two that feel that they have to tell you how much they don't like it. and honestly, I can understand some peeps who don't like some music, hell there is stuff out there I don't like, what sounds worse than any tune on earth, is someone bitching in your ear. I don't feel like dealing with it.. there are plenty of bands out there, and there are plenty of dj's. im sure you can find one. one of the best times ive had at the farm is sitting in a group with a guitar and a bonfire anyway. hey lee, you checked out www.liquidskysports.com freefly suits out yet? I just ordered mine a minute ago. I got the two piece, and I also got some swoop pants. I hope I get a hand delivery from christy! -

here is another one from that website. http://www.okcupid.com/tests/take?testid=7218933383172273370 this is probably where i wil differ... here are my results. " The good fuck" You are 61 fuckable! You're about as fuckable as most people, which is not bad. Actually, it's quite healthy! You know how to act and what's appropriate. You know when it's the time and place for what. And people can use that to see you erotically. It's no surprise that you can attract a good number of people. You're what they want! A realistic babe who knows when to get a bit wild! Yeah, I'd fuck you!

here is mine, how come trhey all kinda look the same? Rowhouse 'Hood You scored 20 out of 40 on urban-rural and 22 out of 40 land intensity. People know you as: The Bohemian Gentrifier Quote: "That crack house just needed a little paint." Your score indicates that you are a city-dweller of the old-school. You like a dense, finely grained neighborhood with restaurants, churches and brothels all on the same block. Although you've never spoken to him personally, you know that guy Eddie down the street is a pimp and you're sure to tell your lame suburban friends about him at every opportunity, just to freak them out. The bad news is that as more and more people like you move into your neighborhood it gradually becomes less cool and more expensive. Enjoy things while you can, because in 5 years you're going to have to move to the next 'hood uptown. Examples of places you should live: Baltimore, Philadelphia

yup, so true.

yes, gunner is a good guy, and now he is also getting around to other local dz's to make jumps on occasion. mtv was there last year when someone hooked low and bounced and took out the mtv camera guy. the camera guy was ok, but the jumper died. so i doubt you will see any of that footage, at least i hope we dont.

marks replied to m0ng00se007's topic in Swooping and Canopy Control
you guys that are looking into taking these courses, look how they are mostly done in the winter here in the US. alot of these guys travel and compete to much to teach during the on season, so you need to take advantage of it now. -

Canopy Control / Swoop Camp @ SKYDIVE THE FARM, Jan.28-29
marks replied to CrystalM's topic in Swooping and Canopy Control
i talked with hans this weekend about that. i have a cessna 185/ 5 min to 5500. with 4 peeps. porter -27 ...5 min to 5500 ft, with 9 peeps. not or, but AND, a caravan and or a grand caravan. 9-18 peeps to 5500 ft in 5 min. we got the planes, so you can make as much as we can fill.! i have all this air power at my disposal. but most likely we will be flying the porter. we need 7, i think it is to fly it. and as long as there is the minimum, it wont shut down. i have 5 peeps paid, 6-12 more saying there coming, and checks from 3 peeps in the mail. you do the math. im shooting for 12, i think that is a given. 16 would be ideal, and im sure it might happen. 21, would be perfect. if i get enough pre registered early enough, i have other coaches im going to bring in. also, keep in mind. this is focused at peeps who want to compete in the cpc next year. there arent many pro competitors out there that have played that game. and i have the best of the best from the cpc last year going to be here, brian mcnenney. (sp?) lol...
