ya, thanks hans. I was asking others.! so, give me info!!!!! what do you like, dislike about them. They are defiantly put together well, it is a new company, so I was wondering if anyone had bought any of the suits they offer... I guess I will have to get one and find out for myself then.

just stay current over the winter. unless somone on here watches your landings on a regular basis, i dont see how they could give you the righ info on weather or not you should.

ya, it was the first flight, on like the last day, the otter got the last swoop. most peeps had left, but there was a few of us still there, i was standing on the hay bails thinkin, "ohh shit, i might have to duck!"

if you like using harness for turns, after deployment, stick your hands in the front risers and pull your body up. after you have taken all the weight you can out of the leg strap's, lift you kness to your chest and wiggle your legstraps down your leg a bit. this will give you a little more range in the harness turns. if you have a butt bungie for sit flying, and this gets in the way, make a longer bungie. you will get alot more range with your harness when your leg strap is further down your leg, then you just lift one leg and push down on the other while at the same time hangin slightly from the front riser.

I did and the lesson is not to work manifest for the DZ you plan to jump at... Plus this is in the KEYS!!! And I am packing as well not just manifest! lol.... good luck doin both.

well i was thinkin 149 safire for you, but i dont watch your landings and what not, so you make sure you make the right decision for yourself. but with that said, you do have 500 jumps, it all depends on what your interest's in the sport are and what you want out of a canopy. i wouldnt hold you back from that canopy size or planform, if you where willing to listen and progress. but think about what you want in skydiving and focus on it and go after it. make good choices and get coaching...

has anyone else noticed there are more girls coming than guys? i defiantly need pre registration from everyone though, p.m. me for details. you wont find what were offering, for anywhere near the price were offering it for. i have a handful of peeps pre registered already, but we have to get more. i cant wait to help show you guys how to win the cpc, and brian is pretty stoked about the opportunity also. brian totally wasted everyone in last years CPC finals with his ideas and style of flying. It isnt a pro comp, so it needs to be approached a little different than you would swoop in a pro comp. and what better than to have last year's CPC champion show you how to do it! Ian drennen spoke about wanting to come help out also, so if there is enough pre registered, then i will have him come up also. if he still wants to that is. i also have places for peeps to stay, first come first serve, you have to be pre registered though. and rides to and from airport can be arranged for you out of towners. see you all soon!

so what? im sure penridge is a cool drop zone with some cool peeps and instructors.... i probably would like it there also.. but, i would not go there because of who owns it. so i would hope to see those jumpers go out, to other dz's and maybe go boogie hoppin next season so i could get a chance to meet them.

i believe P.D. will make whatever design you want anywhere you want. but im not sure about that, contact them and ask.

from the way i understand it, the inner most cascade of the 4 on the brake line is shortened some. so in turn it flare's with more of the wing.

ive never jumped one, as a matter of fact, somone should help me in getting a couple demo's. cobalt, say in the 90's range. and the onyx in the 80's range. i wont knock it till i try it. hell, might even like it.

you just described a safire 1 "with the flare mod" 149. you will get all those out of it. and i know where a good one is for sale if you want to jump it. and no it isnt mine so im not just saying this to sell it.

thay might have told you that because the drop zone is closed on friday, try again tomorow and see what they say. if you cant make a jump this weekend, call your credit card company and tell them what is going on. im sure they already have a file on them and will get your money back without too much questioning. there are peeps on here that are paranoid, why? im not sure. they may possibly think that your one of the owners of skyride looking for somthing to use in court. like what i dont know, but either way, dont fight back. or you will look like what they are calling you..
