Ill be there this Sunday, but since this I may be with a moving van instead of my car. I gotta sign my lease then. Anyone wanna help unload a moving van? We didnt get an apprasial cuz were lettin the buyer pay for that! Plus after talking to a couple of people in real estate, and our realtor, we think the market will support it. I want to celebrate but Im dry! AARRRRRGGGGG! I have only sips of Vodka! I was in such a hurry to get home to meet the realtor, I didnt have time. Most likely no pub, I gotta pack for real now. I may show up though. This damn move is gonna get in the way of my post whoring!

So the realtor shows up at 6:30. We talk about what conveys and what doesnt, price per square foot, etc... We signed the agreement at 7. She called at 7:30 and told us that there was someone wanting to see it tonight. They showed just before 8, stayed for a bit and left. At 9:05 we got the offer, we countered, the countered and we accepted by 9:30. Theyre pre-approved and want to close on the 21, before our next payment. All we have to hope is that our place appraises for that and we just sold the house in 3 hours flat. That is so hot, I had to touchmyself a little! 1 hell of a good time at SDD and seeing all my frineds. Jeager bombs were the order of the evenings, plus a very stout ale. 17 jumps, many of which were above my skill level, thanks to team VIBE for that. The last one of which was my 500th! also other shenanagins and drunken idiocy that rivials none. Im gonna miss that DZ! Atlanta here I come!!!!
