Please see the inital post. Its explains the rules. No breaking the rules in my threads. These (mostly) are practical skydiver cars, for living, working, and playing in metro Atlanta.

This is not the short list but where Ive been focusing my efforts. There are a couple in there that just really dont compare to the rest, but hey, the EVO is one badass car. The STI aint no joke either, but it does come in a wagon. Im tired of reading reviews, looking at prices, weighing my options. I want a group of random crazies to weigh in on this oh so important of decisions. These are the rules: You can only pick ONE! You can only pick whats on the list. Every one is a manual transmission unless its not available. Everyone is AWD where available also. Cloth is preferred seat material. Autos are used 2003 to current, but not new, previously unlicensed vehicles, only vehicles labled as 'used'. I'd like to know WHY you'd buy it too. Have fun kids. Define "day off" If you mean a day with limited or no stress. Probably around 25 days. Mind you Im counting lots of working, skydiving, partying, wrecking my car, and a family funeral. but what ever way I look at it. Im burnt out. My longest work only run was 14, 12+hour days in June of 04. Underground utility construction for subdivisions. Ouch. I used to live in Conway, and I used to drive to Memphis and Dallas for skydiving. So do other jumpers I know there. I do know one person you could contact. He is the rigger I used before I moved, also my friend. Im sure if there was someone who was running a solid program in AR he could refer you. PM me if you are still after that information. On a side note, I moved OUT of Arkansas so I could be closer to a larger skydiving operation. Nah. We partied till the wee hours last night. Got home bout 5:30 AM and woke up to low clouds. Went out for some lunch (at 2PM) and some drinks. Met up with some friends, and watched it rain. Just watched a couple friends leave my place to go see Carlos Mencia. That make me hurt I dont get to see that! And it was simply amazing. At the Tabernacle in Atlanta. some of his new stuff, and some old school stuff. The kind of DJ that keeps you on the edge of your seat (if you actually sat down). The house was rockin, and we had a blast. If you like his work and havent seen him, I recommend getting to one of his shows. Amazing. I love that quote. I hope to go out and do some test drives this weekend. Im gonna eliminate the higher end euro cars and brand new vehicles. I'll be looking for something used, but with a remaining factory warranty. If I budget well for this car I'll be able to skydive and travel more. That I want more than an awsome car. I consider it. But I really wanted the GT version. (insert jokes here) The GT version was supercharged (180hp vs. 130 hp) AND all wheel drive. They still have the AWD version but its a wimpy 122 hp. I really would like something with a bit more ZIP for ATL traffic. In one of the pics you can see the "frame" of my car which went under the right rear bumper of the Suburban. So, with nothing you could call structural to slow my inertia, is just crushed all that flimsy sheet metal. I had to kick the drivers side door open to get out. Im gald Im ok too. WELL DO YOU!? Here are some further criteria: I aint buyin no damn V8. Gas ITP in ATL is a boitch. And the imports just make better use of fuel than the american vehicles. If you can parallel park it on Piedmont on a Friday night, its useless. If you dont know Piedmont, imagine any rediculusly difficult place to parallel park and the reduce it by 30%. If I can get at least 2 skydivers and their gear for a 2 day weekend in it. forget it. This counts tents, coolers, rigs, etc. Oh, and if you really wanted to know where Ive been for the past two days. Yesterday I flew to Denver then drove up to the Rocky Mountain Nat'l park for a look-see. Today I was giving a day long presentation with my voice giving out. ( Im sick as hell), and tommorow? well I'll be in bed. So dont bother calling, I wont answer!
