  1. Uh, you wear perhaps the thickest set of rose colored glasses in SC, from what I can tell. Anyone you disagree with is labeled as though they were in the extreme fringes of the right wing, which is certainly not the case among most of the posters here you ignorantly and frequently label as Bubba, ULTRA-RIGHTY, and lots of other brilliant names. The jokes on you for that, not them. So, I'll just walk my own walk without regard to your quick and shallow judgements. . . =(_8^(1)
  2. If everything in the article were factual, he wouldn't have a thing to worry about. I walked away from that party several years ago over the excessive spending, the mis-managed war, and that. How many more years until you stop identifying me with it? The name's Fernando. . . =(_8^(1)
  3. I don't think it's a PA when you point out facts. You linked to an article as if it were genuine, when in actuality it is a parody. That, combined with the notion that "you are what you post" . . . well, I stand by my statement. I don't care about Limbaugh, especially in regards to his sexual identity. If he's gay and has made derogatory comments against gays (I have no idea), then he's a hypocrite. Many gays stay in the closet (regardless of political persuation) because of people like YOU who deride them over it. What is YOUR problem with gay people? If he's gay, I don't blame him for hiding it, again because of people like YOU. PS: Names like "Lush Rimjob" make you appear to be extremely immature, and most likely don't bother a single soul. It also further undermines your credibility. . . =(_8^(1)
  4. You've got balls posting your thoughts on a public forum -- given how sick they are. . . =(_8^(1)
  5. That particular article has exactly the same credibility as the source that posted it. See: "This site is in no way associated with Rush Limbaugh or www.Biography.com. All material herein is intended as parody. Any similarity in format or "personnel" is purely satirical." . . =(_8^(1)
  6. Can we get this thread moved to BF please. It has taken a very unfortunate turn towards sweetness 'n light. . . =(_8^(1)
  7. Your argument have thus far been poorly articulated and ill-defined, and you are thusly getting your ass kicked. You may wish to follow your own advice. (oh, and I see that you have) --> "Anyway, I'm going to back out of this exchange in the public fourm." LOL . . =(_8^(1)
  8. Among the many reasons not to eat meat, animal suffering is the best motivator for me personally. And don't be mistaken, our unhealthy lust for meat creates MUCH suffering. Try vegetarianism -- it is a great way to live and let live. . . =(_8^(1)
  9. Sweet. A restraint that kills people. What WILL they think of next? . . =(_8^(1)
  10. You are missing the track of the conversation -- nobody here is questioning the use of tasers as an alternative to deadly force, such as when a suspect is threatening others with a knife. . . =(_8^(1)
  11. Maybe the recession will hold off just long enough to blame it on Obama or Clinton within days of his/her inauguration -- as was done to Bush in 2000. . . =(_8^(1)
  12. The best option was to either catch the guy or call for assistance. "Heading towards a house" is a marginally lame excuse to taser someone. So is "the guy didn't hit the ground fast enough for me" or any of the other low threat excuses cops use to taser people these days. As was said earlier -- it started as an alternative to using deadly force, but is increasingly being used as a front-line compliance tool. . . =(_8^(1)
  13. Concur. VR/Marg Me three. . . =(_8^(1)
  14. Check and mate. LOL . . =(_8^(1)
  15. You're painting yourself into a corner with your arguments. Is it your contention that people can't do ANYTHING enjoyable (that uses energy) and still refer to themselves as environmentalists? . . =(_8^(1)
  16. Yep, and their number and/or power base and your proximity to it. . . =(_8^(1)
  17. Yeah, but what does that mean? What would you be doing while knowing this for all eternity? Hmmm . . . maybe it means living in a nice home on a beach somewhere on a planet full of folks that know God exists but can't be with him. The idea of living in a pit of fire for eternity is more bizarre than even that. . . =(_8^(1)
  18. The common (but not universal) teaching that Christianity is the only path to truth is the number one thing that has turned me away over the years. There is no sense in it, but preachers everywhere insist it's true. I guess there are some pretty fiery accounts of this in the bible, but I've also heard "eternal torment" described possibly as knowing that God exists, but never being able to be with him. . . =(_8^(1)
  19. Sorry baby, but when I see all those dots of yours . . . I . . . just . . . can't . . . resist . . . . . =(_8^(1)
  20. Why can't everyone act like a true adult around here like me. . . =(_8^(1)
  21. Do you and Amazon attend the same grade school? . . =(_8^(1)
  22. wrong = incorrect = false But the key question is whether they were "lying" Do you want to make an argument that false always means the same thing as lying? . . =(_8^(1)
  23. I kin spel just as good as yoo, and I had to kwit skool in the third grade to help Ma with the farm. Egukation, patoooey! . . =(_8^(1)
