I lose the argument based on application of the "averse" portion of the definition of phobia. Didn't realize that was part of the definition until now. . . =(_8^(1)

Former Congressman Charged in Terror Conspiracy

Seems like plenty of sexual debauchery across both sides of the aisle these days . . . No bets here, considering it's from AP. . . =(_8^(1) -
Former Congressman Charged in Terror Conspiracy

Being a Republican, at least he wasn't caught buggering little kids! . . =(_8^(1) -
Yep, and that should be the point of "increased security". The object should be to stop people from being deemed "legal" who have bad intentions for being here. . . =(_8^(1)

Hell no! NEO-CON & ULTRA-RIGHTIE influences aside, I am very interested and involved in other cultures, especially Mexican. . . =(_8^(1)

You are correct, but the word is typically applied to persons who strictly do not "approve" of homosexuality. One can "not approve" of homosexuality on religious or other grounds, yet not really have any "fear" of it. In short, "homophobe" is applied to anyone and everyone who is "against" homosexuality, regardless of their reasons. Do you think I should add some more "quotes" to my post for better clarification? . . =(_8^(1)

Your point is a bit of an overaction, especially to me since I've got a pretty liberal view of how immigration should work (similar to your views, in fact). Being in favor of increased border security is not an indication of wanting to stop immigration. . . =(_8^(1)

Yep. I think the reasoning goes: "What's more important, the suicide or the homicide? Well, since it's the homicide, we're gonna start calling it a Homicide Bombing." Fox has been pushing this language-use change for years with little success. . . =(_8^(1)

It's the conservative response to the liberal faction's hijacking of the words "gay" and "marriage", along with the completely corrupted use of "phobe" used in "homophobe". . . =(_8^(1)

I get your point; couldn't disagree more. You folks have got your front door wide open to terrorism and other negative influences of eastern culture. Why shouldn't the US guard against your lapse? . . =(_8^(1)

You've got terrorist attacks occurring there. Here in the US, we don't. Chertoff is simply taking steps to help keep terrorist attacks away. I think the increased checks are appropriate. You on the east side of the Atlantic need to get a grip on your terrorism issues. . . =(_8^(1)

Yea, I put it outside the realm of possibilities. Despite the Patriot Act, I don't see evidence that George Bush wants to eliminate the current form of government and institute a theocracy or dictatorship. The whole idea is laughable. Laughable? It is loonacy of the highest paranoid order. Hey, I was trying to play nice! But you are correct. . . =(_8^(1)

Damn, can't disagree with or make fun of any of that. People are silly creatures, and meth using gay bible thumpers are hilarious. . . =(_8^(1)

Proving a negative can't be done, so I won't bother trying. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_proof So, the bizzare predictions that come out of you and Chuteless can't be disproven (well, his could be if he'd quit shifting the date out), but the likelyhood of them occuring seems right up there with, say, you proposing marriage to me tomorrow. Do you shave down under in protest of these ghastly people? . . =(_8^(1)

GO listen to the Holy Roller cable stations..... and then get back with us on what is lunacy...mmmkkk You didn't name one. Name a holy roller TV show that states that they want to change our form of government. Not saying it ain't out there, just would appreciate a name. . . =(_8^(1)

Interesting. Can you name a single relevant group or individual who espouses such a path for the US? . . =(_8^(1)

The dots are just fine -- if good for nothing else, they certainly lend a festive atmosphere to the holiday season! Sorry I haven't kept up. My understanding is that according to you, Bush is going to declare Martial Law any time now, then install Dick Cheney as Supreme Holy Dictator for life. Am I on the right track? . . =(_8^(1)

True, but I sincerely doubt he will condone this type of "warfare". And I bet you doubt it too, so it doesn't o'really relate to his agenda. I'll let you know if he mentions the incedent. . . =(_8^(1)
