  1. When I went out to Cal City in July of 1993 to do a tandem, there were seat belts in 121PM, but we were sitting on the floor facing aft with the person "in front of you" between your legs. Sometime between then and when I went back later that summer to start in on static line jumps and then freefall (Bob's A3F program) the foam benches along the walls and seat belt arrangements that remained in 121PM for its life at Cal City was switched over to. All because of the Perris crash I came to learn.

  4. No! Bring it to Cal City and we'll jump it a lot!! Anyway, any chance of some side-by-side photos of your Super 206 with a regular 206?
  5. Yeah, but if you could / did shave it while ridding your motorcycle... you'd get extra style points for that...
  6. ------ John... how's using Hogdon 380 working for you loading for an M1? Caveat... I'm no expert, but was under the impression that when it comes to loading for a Garand, one best stick to IMR4895 or IMR4064 (or powders that burn in that range), but I do see H380 is encompassed by some other Garand specific recipes (at least in Hornady's 7th edition) so I'm figuring its safe. Anyway, wouldn't want to bend the op rod on your Garand while defending the homestead against a zombie night attack.
  7. Probably not what John is talking about, but cool...
  8. Interesting... what flavor semi-auto?
  9. John, What 30-06 "recipe" do you use for Zombie plinkin'? I'm kind-of partial to 168grn HPBT bullets over 46.5grn's of IMR4895.
  10. Godzilla attacked and took out all the news choppers!
  11. Some old and really old Cal City stuff found on the internet...
  12. Found this old (not mine) video from Cal City on YouTube. The person that posted it says it was shot circa 1993. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xr49go3GxW0 Anyone else spot riggerrob or Mr. Bunny in the video? 93 was around the time I started, but I don't remember the King Air or Sky Van (Casa? or was it the Scare-a-boo?) at Cal City around that time although a King Air and some sort of tail-gate appears in this video... along with N121PM and what looks to be N3927G?
  13. You post all of those and NO boobie pics! She'd have had to fall off a ladder and bruise her chest to have gotten a boob-job out of it... DUH!
  14. I figured something like that wiht the AN-2, but why does the FAA have a hard-on against the single Otter?
  15. Way cool, but why were you swearing? Did Kari fart on your junk? Joking! Anyway, hope you got her to sign your log-book!
  16. It happened at Cal City while filming parts of Point Break. http://dms.ntsb.gov/aviation/AccidentReports/ti4v5d551tdfyyfz0kyl1ien/P04172011120000.pdf
  17. You just made me choke on my salad. Thanks! You didn't blow ranch dressing all over your monitor, did you?
  18. That's not a Rigger Rob, that's a Sandy Reid neck breaker!
  19. That's cool Steve. Wish I had that skill.
