  6. You got quite the gleam going there, girl. **rolls eyes** Would you two get a room! Now where did that gator get off to??
  7. I saw it stalking toddlers! It's a miracle none of them were killed. OOOOOOooooooohhhhh!!!! Use Alligators to control children and unruly dogs at the DZ! I like it!!
  8. Yes, its easy to have the AAD removed and the reserve repacked without... as so long as the batteries haven't leaked and ruined your reserve and container. Once you have that sorted, good or bad, why not look around for a used AAD? Who knows, after 3 years off, you may come back, do a hand-full of jumps and then decide you're just not into being at the DZ every weekend again... just a thought. Hopefully they won't make you do a whole FJC over again, but you should really spend some time with a seasoned instructor going over things and then doing a recurrency jump, would be my 2 cents... other opinions will differ...
  9. * cough * ... I think that a Tiger 206 would look much better at a California DZ near me!
  10. V and I do it that way sometimes, esp. if the DZ is gonna be slammed with tandems.

  17. At 30ish jumps, good decision.
  18. That sounds about right... Anyway, Infinity, good rig. I've packed several. [J/K] Only surpassed by a Mirage in reserve pilot chute spring strength... where it doesn't really "launch"... rather it "ejects" the skydiver... [/ J/K] Enjoy!
  19. Wow... I've jumped during thunderstorm conditions, wasn't the smartest things I ever did... but never thought to jump during an approaching hurricane...
