USPA - ASC, Pratville, Cedartown Group Members once more

Can you explain how that's worked for you? The ways I can think of are ... 1) Jump at non-USPA dropzones. 2) Jump at USPA dropzones that don't check your membership. 3) Jump at USPA dropzones that checked your membership/licenses once and haven't checked again since so have no idea that you're no longer a member. 4) Jump at USPA dropzones that know you and don't make you go through the motions that everyone else has to go through. As Twardo was recently at Omaha Beach I would guess that pic was taken there.....looking out in the distance at the ocean. I have been to many veterans cemetaries including Point Loma and the Punchbowl on Oahu. The punchbowl is signifigant to me as I have 27 family members interred there or on the walls of the missing in action. War sucks...but I would go again if they needed me. bozo Pain is fleeting. Just sitting here thinking about Cal City....it was the place I attended my first crater party. Some guy frapped off the end of the runway and later, after dark, me and some of the locals walked down to the crater with some beer. It was quite an eye opener for a fairly new jumper with 150 jumps. Just some of the stuff you never unload. bozo Pain is fleeting. Glory lasts forever. Chicks dig scars.

My very first boogie was at the Cal-City grand opening. It was a rainy awful weekend and I won the accuracy contest. None of the realy good jumpers would go up in the rain.
