Obviously you are considering Hondas. Good choice. I have been a design engineer for them for 10 years in Ohio. Consider the Honda Pilot (8 passenger SUV), or the Honda Ridgeline pickup (lots of cool storage features inside and in the bed trunk), or the Acura MDX (7 pass SUV) if you want upscale luxury type SUV. All of these are made in North America with more domestic content than the big 3 typically offer. Also, the Honda CRV and Acura MDX will be a full model change/replaced this year, so good deals will be had on the old version, or maybe wait for the new one. The all new Acura RDX will be out before too long. All of these and the Odyssey are good for kids because you can recline the back seats, which is crucial for them to sleep comfortably. It only takes a little from the std position, but it makes a huge difference.
