i dont drive the jeep all the time, i couldnt afford the 8mpg it got so i had to friggin get a cheezy ass pontiac vibe for normal driving i already KNOW how to change a tire, learn how to read!!!

goddamn fuckin flat peice of shit tire!!!! so im driving home from a certain dz.commers house at 2friggin AM and hit this little teenie tiny curb as i go around it to avoid some douchebag fucking flatbed towtruck asshat. then i hear this fucking clicking noise, and my fucking tire is flat, and theyres now way in hell im waiting 3 hours for some AAA asshat to come and fucking change my tire when i can do it ten times as fast as he can! so i get out the peice of shit jack and 6" lug wrench that came with my fucking peice of shit trendy ass car, and put on the little goddamn retarded looking donught "tire" then i go to see if i can find the hole and its a friggin 2 inch slash on the fuking sidewall!!!!!!!! so now i have to buy a whole new fucking tire, and i think its going to cost me like $70. and to top it off i put some nice scratches on my bumper from the fucking spare, but at least i dont have to worry about it rusting since the whole fucking car is made from goddamn plastic!!!! goddamnit fuckit i need a drink

i was just curious, every time somebody would see me stuffing my PC and bridle in with my main theyd come over to se wtf i was doing. a couple people said my PC looked like it was too small, its a 26" like your old talon. i definetaly wasnt worried though, ive been getting some pretty quick openings with it on my new spectre. now that ive switched over i dont think ill ever go back (cept maybe for wingsuits)

i used to be anal about that as well when i used to use packers. after i switched to pullout i swore off packers all together(even though most of the packers at my DZ either know how to pack pullout or jump it themselves), of course with pullout i dont have to worry about that kind of hard pull just shove the bridle in the top, the PC in the bottom, and leave the grommet hanging out

not to be rude or anything, but if the canopy ride seriously scares you, then maybe you shouldnt be jumping your current canopy

definetaly goggles, unless your doing hardcore 4way or are jumping in the dead of winter. i had a oxygen fullface and it was hot as hell even on chilly days, it also somewhat lessens your peripheral vision. i used it for the extremely cold winter jumps, but then i said screw it its too hot for any other time of year. now i wear sunglasses with a strap on the back, or goggles.

BEER!!! definetaly get an alti with a replaceable lens like the galaxy, and as far as audibles go, its probabaly a good idea to wait until you have good altitude awareness before you start using one. for helmets i reccomend the new bonehead mindwarp, or the new Z-1 EVO

so i finnally got my rig and got it assembled today!! its soooo shaweeet!

the jumper in question had about 20 jumps, and was far from what youd call current (the first time i met him was in october and he had like 12 jumps then) heres what i saw. i was stading in the landing area gathering up my stuff (i was maybe 30 feet past the beerline(the non-beer side this time) almost pretty much equal distance between the fuel trucks and the deck and i looked up to see him at about 400-450ft at that point he was flying straight into the wind coming from the NW. he then flew about 200 feet more on that path then made a left turn and headed straight for the trees at the edge of the swoop pond. although the most entertaining part of the whole thing was when the ladder truck from the fire dept swung the ladder around the back of the truck and the front wheels of the truck were about 5 feet off the ground but it doesnt matter now because thats old news, today paul the video guy decided to swoop the pond while he was filming a tandem with his $4000 camera helmet on, he got a little wet!

i also dropped mine on concrete a few times, the needle has fallen off once or twice but it was at zero at the time so i just unscrewed it and put it back on, its a few hundred feet off ussually, but i honestly dont use it that much so im not too worried about it.

good lord, 90+shipping for a pair of shoes!!! i got my freefly friendly Vans for $25 at kohls, thats like 4 more jumps!!!!

id say it was around 300-500ft away when we passed by it at around 10,000ft all i know is, i could see inside the door and i could see faces either way it was a liiiiiitle closer then it shoulda been!
