  1. Yes he is,, Convenient, you can never be wrong if you accuse anyone who disagrees with your opinion of being biased.. the FBI must be biased as well. It is dishonest,, Of course it isn't true.. Ryan is a desperate liar.. Here is a pic of Hahneman and sketch A,,, the hair is the same, closer than any suspect.. the red frame is exactly the same so the position of features is identical,,, the only real difference is his nose is slightly wider. So, If I was biased I would claim sketch A was better to match this pic of Hahneman, but that is not what the evidence shows.. This proves I am not biased and Ryan is a liar... and Ryan's sleazy lawyer tactics are undermining the advancement of this case. Take the L, Ryan..
  2. It is a bit confusing but Ryan and I have them sorted.. Ryan did find an attribution error in the files, but jumped on it thinking that was the reason B was made,, it was not and that is clear in the files. Sketches are not created to eliminate potential suspects per se but to stimulate tips.. Sketch A was too young and clean cut looking causing too many poor tips and wasting agents time. Sketch B was created to produce better tips.. Ryan thinks A was better, it wasn't, the FBI even admitted B was better in the files. Ryan has no argument whatsoever. He is too stubborn to take the L.. Apparently claiming I am biased means he is right the FBI is wrong and Cooper had a small nose, that is his insane logic. KK5-1 was picked out for A and then used as a basis for B... Flo also gave adjustments to KK5-1 but not his big nose.. In the end these sketches are not meant to represent Cooper exactly but to elicit tips..
  3. Sure, you use hyperbole, you are being facetious when you try to make an argument.. You always claim I am bias to discredit the messenger and distract from the facts... you have no argument. When I agree with the FBI you claim I am biased because you are projecting. I don't have a problem with your opinion that Cooper was closer to 6' feet, I do have a problem with your assertion that he can't be under 5-10'... see you twist my position to fit your own narrative. Hahneman was at least 5-9 in shoes.. not 5-8. You keep making him shorter than he was.. How do I know Alice was wrong,, it is called evidence.. sketch B.. suspects that were liked.. other witnesses... how do you know she was wrong about the prescription sunglasses,, there is no contradicting evidence. NONE Small nose is subjective... sketch B was wider than A.. it required a wider nose. You are one of the most dishonest people I have ever run across in the Vortex... Your bias is to be right so you just make up unfounded accusations. If I don't agree with your crazy ideas it is because I am biased, not the actual evidence. Is the FBI biased too... The FBI said sketch B is the best.. The FBI used 5-8- 6' for suspect elimination.. Anybody who disagrees with you is biased. Do you even realize how insane that is.. it is a self serving lie..
  4. Sorry man, but mockery just isn't an actual argument. Desperate yes. effective no. Facts are facts.. Alice,, only one who said "nose small". Tina,, said she never saw Cooper's face. Flo,, picked out KK5-1 with a large nose, never mentioned it. Later said none of the sketches really looked like him.. Time to take the L, Ryan,, your arguments are all juvenile fallacies..
  5. Wow, so if a person has one thing off then they have everything off,, Is that your assertion councillor.. That is the worst argument from you yet... As a lawyer you know better. You know people can get things right and wrong.. in fact it would rare be for a witness to everything right. Reading the research, witnesses have a hard time with details,,
  6. Flo never said anything about KK5-1's large nose,,, she made other suggestions.. Why leave out the nose... because she didn't think he had a small nose when she picked out KK5-1.. Your small nose argument is bogus.. You claimed the only reason for sketch B was the attribution error. FALSE, it was incidental. You claimed that a witness memory is better close to the event, TRUE generally,, but only if the conditions are all the same. You are using a generalization fallacy.
  7. Why would prescription sunglasses be dead?? either they are or aren't. Are you claiming that if Cooper had a small nose he also had prescription sunglasses,, your logic is a twisted. The rest of your comment is made up nonsense. You always manufacture a derogatory characterization of others to support your own delusional opinion.. Is that how they roll in Mississippi... you just smear people who don't agree with your nonsense.
  8. An inspection card.. 10 day?? https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vietnam-war-10-paratrooper-parachute-4567660426
  9. A military packing card... front reserve https://www.tremontauctions.com/auction-lot/wwii-u.s.a.a.f.-jump-parachute-with-packing-card._11A4506AFE I found a military T-10 main with a packing card data pocket??
  10. It never did... Flo was correct.
  11. In my psychologically defective mind.. wouldn't a 10 ft long x 3 ft wide stair going down far enough to allow a man to stand act like an increased flap down condition... slightly slowing the aircraft?? and I thought the stairs did not hit the top when they bounced back... they came close but didn't hit.. the hit the top claim was speculation.. I can't remember where that is,, Where does it confirm a hit at the top?
  12. Great argument... for a 12 year old.. Proof of your lack of integrity,, Take the L.... Your tiny nose nonsense is dead..
  13. Let's just see how laughable it is... Tina, said she didn't see Cooper's face.. Flo, picked out KK5-1 suggested changes but NOT his big nose.. Alice said "nose small"... the only witness to say that in their interviews. So, who influenced sketch A's tiny nose.. Alice Woops,, Big nose picked by Flo....
  14. I found that the military did use cards for bailout and reserves... They also use a card for chute expiry date.. Mains??
  15. Reserves and bailout rigs are considered emergency parachutes and require a licensed rigger and card.. Mains do not require a card,,, can be packed by owner.. However, it is not clear that mains don't ever get a card... if packed by a licensed rigger.. I just don't know the answer to this.. Do mains never get a card or is it optional??
  16. Ryan, I posted some examples... and there are several definitions of Jargon... I originally posted it to show your error claiming Cooper asked for bailout rigs. He didn't ask for nor expect bailout rigs. YOU GOT THAT WRONG Now, it was used by old school military, not exclusively.. maybe in specific branches or uses.. I researched this maybe 10 years ago... The context recently was differentiating between a sport jumper and military. It was not used by sport jumpers per Mark... it was used by military. I'll admit that it doesn't prove he took it from military experience... maybe it was completely random and he just made it up out of thin air... but so did Hahneman who had military experience. Either they both got it from similar old school military experience or They both coincidentally used the same random terminology.. Those are your only two options,, choose wisely.
  17. Of course you are wrong... and your military source is as well because you asked the wrong question. The point is.. front and back is not used in sport jumping per Mark.. front and back could be a wuffo but Cooper was not a wuffo,,, neither was Hahneman front and back WAS used in military,, NOT exclusively.. Cooper most likely had military training,, Hahneman did. Conclusion.. Cooper was military not a sport jumper.. He also did not ask for a bailout rig.. front and back meant reserve and main. "Back and front T5 parachutes, retrieved on June 6 1944 in Sainte-Mère-Eglise. The back parachute’s bag is stamped N.A.F.I (National Automotive Fibres Inc.), and dated august 1943. It still has its folding booklet and his camouflage canvas with the same serial number. The black letters “RS” made with a stencil on the sling mean that this jumping equipment belonged to a patrooper of the 506th PIR, 101st Airborne. On June 13 1941, the T5 became the first automatic opening parachute with commanded opening autonomous “reserve”. The back parachute has a white or camouflage green canvas has 28 panels for a total surface of 52m2, whereas the front parachute has a smaller white canvas, with 24 panels for a surface of 45m2." https://www.dearfolksies.com/may-21-1944-75-years-ago-in-a-ww2-m-a-s-h-unit/ https://thearrowheadclub.com/2016/05/
  18. So, you now admit you don't know where it comes from, just random... What are the chances of two military hijackers of a 727 using the same random phrase NOT used by military and NOT used by sport jumpers..
  19. Hahneman and Cooper used that term.. These guys can't find anyone else who used that term,,
  20. Flo picked out KK5-1 who had a large nose,, she suggested changes but didn't say anything about the nose.. Alice is the only one who said small nose in interviews... it must have been her input on the sketch.
  21. You are really good at bad analogies..
  22. Ok, so your argument is that Cooper just randomly used that term,, He wasn't a sport jumper, he wasn't a wuffo, he was most likely military but he randomly used that term.. you, Ryan and everyone know that how? and by coincidence Hahneman randomly used the same term.. that nobody ever uses.. is that your argument..
  23. Not true,, I was responding to your false claims conflating bailout rigs with mains. The context was Hayden's 1940 era bailout rigs.. I was claiming that Cooper meant front reserves and mains when he said fronts and backs..NOT front reserves and a bailout rig. I never said it was exclusive as you keep claiming. I said it wasn't Fronts and backs is not sport jumper terminology. Cooper used the term and was not a sport jumper.. he was almost certainly military.. likely WW2 based on age and Hahneman used the same term.. So, it is false that military did not use that term...
  24. I don't disagree that it could be used by wuffos.. Cooper wasn't a wuffo... So, if it wasn't used by sport jumpers and according to you it wasn't used at all by military and Cooper wasn't a wuffo.. then it would be extremely rare for Cooper to use that term.. right? Virtually impossible..
  25. sure, I was responding to your incorrect claim about bailout rigs front and back means reserves and mains,,, that was what Cooper meant. NOT a bailout rig and a front reserve. Are you claiming that military personnel never use front and back...
