  1. probably more than 40, most are junk....
  2. because he wants to be the one who solves it.... get it.
  3. Yes he is, he just wants to solve it himself...
  4. Not a coverup, incompetence and ignorance. Of course the FBI is still looking for them.... 50+ years after they destroyed them.. Carr is not interested in minutiae...
  5. The butts were examined by the lab and discarded within 2 weeks of the hijacking. Not a mistake.
  6. Nobody said a straight line.. we don't have the actual path but if Reno supplied their radar data, what about Seattle or Portland.. Maybe only 1% of the FBI files have been released...
  7. I have had some sophisticated attempts to hack into my computer recently and it is Cooper related... heads up It isn't amateurs... coming from a commercial proxy server in Chicago...
  8. Somebody put "Jack" out of his misery... The ICS matchbook had notes written on it.. that is why Cooper took it, not because it had personal meaning. (though Jack is correct Cooper did not seem too worried about fingerprints)
  9. Somewhere around 70-80% of the pop are nonsecreters,, no blood type in saliva
  10. A map of the radar track from Reno Tower was supplied to the FBI.. NORJAK crossed into Nevada from California 25 miles North and 14 miles West of Reno. That is in line with Red Bluff.
  11. It is up now.. https://vault.fbi.gov/D-B-Cooper /d.b.-cooper-part-74/view
  12. Link still comes up #73,, copy and paste link to get #74
  13. FBI part 74 is up https://vault.fbi.gov/D-B-Cooper /d.b.-cooper-part-74/at_download/file weird, if you click the link you get part #73 but if you copy and paste the same link into a browser you get part #74...
  14. Cooper letters were compared to the Zodiac case.. negative results
  15. Yes, I don't really want to bash Larry because he did move the case along for us when he went on DZ years ago but I sense some arrogance and hypocrisy.. He defends the FBI and smears citizen sleuths who he had asked for help.. He criticized speculation then grossly speculates... and gets things wrong. His case knowledge is not up to date and he ignores significant advances by citizen sleuths.. IMO, the case knowledge of the top tier Cooper sleuths has moved beyond Larry, he doesn't realize it and in his arrogance he belittles us..
  16. Carr got a lot wrong and his case knowledge is circa 2012.. He thought the back chutes came from Cossey's house and Cossey sent Cooper a message with the instruction sheet as it was custom and hard to open,, complete nonsense. IMO, Carr's opinions are overrated.. The "kicker" is the ideal hypothetical with no evidence.. Cooper most likely had military aviation experience from WW2 to Vietnam but he didn't have to be a kicker..
  17. Dr Edwards also keeps insisting Cooper was not the right the age for WW2.. that would be incorrect.
  18. There were not many pics of her..
  19. Gray interviewed Weinberg, not sure about Carr... but nothing came of it, he had no idea who the hijacker could be. Good documentary on the comic, you can set subtitles to translate to english
  20. Some more examples of Dan Cooper comic images around Seattle.. In the 60's the author was in the Seattle area and Florida.. Theoretically, Cooper could have met him in the US and never read the comics.. but I still think it is a coincidence. Monorail Space Needle Interstate I5 and Space Needle Boeing factory Everett Ye Olde Curiosity shop inside "the thing" depicted was actually there. Curiosity Shop Boeing Field
  21. $1k just for the first bill from the newspaper, there was another reward for the money.
  22. Seattle PI had a $5k reward for Cooper's ID..
