As usual bill you make a good point. I just don't see the need for closeups of headshots etc. I agree with you though, it is nice to have a free flow of information for all to see at their leisure.

...no words...no words can describe my disgust with the so called reporters for the Al-Jazeera and no words can describe my hate for the SOB's that did this. I know war is ugly and this and much worse has and will continue to happen in every war. For a news station to record this and play it for the world at this time is inexusable.

I'm not running from the subject bud, I just wish that there was a thread that the war wouldn't leak into. I am totally for this war and support our troops. I watch war coverage on and off (more on than off) all day and I read it on the forums. Who in their right mind would try to run...it's no use

Well, as far as aircraft go....No. At least not always. I know Kapowsin leases it's planes and shares them with SDU or something. The day I went out to jump the Otter for the BEER time, it was down in Cali for the ladies in pink (I think it was cali anyway). Prices I think are fairly accurate...

Ok I strongly believe we should put this matter to rest. It's like arguing the cases of Creationism and Evolutionism...NO ONE WINS!!!!!! People have their opinions set and it won't change. There's absolutly nothing wrong with that either. There will never be a unanimous vote on the subject. Give it a rest!!!! I think there are very few people that feel that they are "too cool" to wear an AAD. I know I would prefer to have one, and I'm very happy that student gear are required to have AAD's. I may just be a lowly (near) "A" license holder, but this is how I feel about them. They are an excellent life saving device and most everyone (with the exception of the CREW Dogz) would be safer wearing one. When I get around to buying my own gear, it would be nice if it has an AAD, but if it doesn't, I won't sweat it. I will get it when I can afford it. If I run into a situation where an AAD would save me and I don't have one...That's one extra risk in my life and I'm ok with it.

Wow...24. Maybe I should stop carrying this damned Bible with me everywhere I guess the real corruption happens when you hit 21...I don't drink much...yet. Although I was able to get together with a group of skydivers at a bar somewhere and I wasn't carded (18). That was the first time I've done anything like that...and I kinda liked it...YOU'VE ALL CORRUPTED ME!!!!!

Oh dear god don't get me wrong, I KNOW reserves can mal. They are just more likely NOT to. I'm not going to be naive and pretend that I am perfectly safe skydiving because I have a 100% reliable parachute. But the odds are in my favor and if I get the short straw, well I guess I have 12-15 second to figure out how to trick my way through the Golden Gates Anyhow Bill, you know what I was trying to say

I love it! Yeah when I told my mom I wouldn't feel confident in packing my own reserve, she said something along the lines of, "Well you're comfortable packing your main right? Well why would you be nervous packing your reserve?" Then I try and tell her that you don't have to pack your main PERFECT. I mean, I pack it and I'm FAIRLY confident that it will open, but I am prepared to cut it away and open my beautiful reserve which I KNOW will open, when I need to.

That makes absolutely no sense. You can enter any birthdate you want, no questions asked when you start your account. But if you accidently enter it incorrectly, you have to give them your CCN? That's BS. If they're trying to protect children from accessing the adult chats etc, they should require Age verification in the first place.

My mom once told me I should be a rigger, she said "Just talk with Kelley and he can teach you how to pack your reserve next weekend so you won't have to worry about paying for a repack... I spent the next 10 minutes trying to explain to her how it's not that easy...she still doesn't get it.
