  1. exactly - what's in it for us if only 535 people hold all the money? A very dark future with little to no upward mobility in income. Now we're getting somewhere - no good to have such a huge portion of the economy in the hands of those 535 people - neither the 435 in one end of the building - nor 100 in the other end ... 3. everyday joe gets on line - picks a stock - pushes a button - spends $500 - transaction time (about a minute) DD gets a $20 tip for an average video. Puts it in his wallet. Later that week he goes into town, gets a lap dance ($10) and a couple drinks (the other $10) - transaction time (a couple days) ... 4. You need to provide a list of One Billionaire that has publicly stated they hold all their currency (paper and coin money - can't count gold or art, that has to be bought) in box or bin hidden somewhere. 6. (I suspect you are deliberately confusing a correlation into a causal accusation in the majority - and thus generalizing a finding makes it even harder to fix those specific instances you "claim" needed fixing to just push a political bias) However, even with the premise - in what world is legislating that really bad loans must be made to all and eventually destroying the economy a better solution than directly going after specific banks that showed discrimination (of any kind) in their loan approval process and fixing that instead? The only 'discrimination' that should occur in the loan process is that those able to make the payment should get preference over those that clearly can't. ... 7. You missed the important part This is my problem with really politically serious debators. They actually value INDIVIDUALS from one half over the other half (pick a side) and use that to rationalize which side they want to pick, pander to, or otherwise state they relate to. Edit: you can define a population into halves by a hell of lot more criteria than just wealth, BTW. But let's not stop that from arbitrarily defining a split and then viciously picking and supporting one side. ... 8. Government is FANTASTIC. I can seize 100% of the resources. Give out maybe 30% of those resources to just over half of the voting populace to vote for me. And then I can keep the other 70% myself. Hell, if I spend it in the right places - I then buy myself another 5-10% of the vote from those vendors. The only difference between the Dems and Reps is which half of the populace they are buying. ... 9. How did you get to that conclusion? If you don't want "society" to hold a big pile of money, stop authorizing a single entity to continue to hold most of it. Unless you think Bill Gates has a bigger bank account than the US treasury. I love how, in the rationalization that wealth shouldn't be concentrated in hands of a few thousand people (with a normal mix of honorable and dispicable characters), you guys want to solve the problem by concentrating the wealth in a single set of hands which is proven to be dishonorable over the decades. ... 10. so you are saying that the government spends every single cent.... but apparently individuals just put money in their mattress (or bury it, or burn it in fireplaces....) and don't spend it, invest it, loan it, or save it in an institution (which then spends it, invests it, loans it, etc) the problem with the government having the big pile, is that money is spent inefficiently and for the express purpose of consolidating and increasing centralized power - I don't trust a rich person in government and I don't trust a poor person in government - they only have one goal - your aristocracy, with them in charge when individuals do it (rich or not) it's for selfish reasons - you know that money at least goes into the market where it can affect people without power plays. I don't trust a rich person that wants to go into government - the rest? meh, they are just people that spend a lot more (directly or indirectly) than I do. I can take them one at a time on whether I care about their motivation or not - or even if it matters ... 11. you really missed the analogy - the aristocrats were a government that overtaxed - not individuals in the private sector Robin Hood is a Libertarian at heart and sympathetic to a regular Republican citizen. But, he's a mortal enemy to the philosophy of all of today's Democrats (who talk aristocracy from the grass roots all the way through to the top leadership). He's also a mortal enemy to Repulican leadership and politicians (they talk the talk to keep the regular guy sold, but fail to walk it in real life). more so the best way to hold it is to keep it out of the hands of the government. so how is constantly increasing taxes on everyone going to do that????? One would think that constantly increasing taxes results in exactly "society holding it's money" in one place ... 14. as soon as we see an uneven application of a proposal, then you know the legislator is an idiot just pandering to a specific voting group I guess shooting someone in a gas station is a LOT worse than shooting someone at a pharmacy, or a doctor's office, or a factory.....I guess stealing a Milky Way from a gas station is much worse than stealing drugs from that pharmacy too... again, these idiots don't get it - they want to ban an object, they want to make it worse based on skin color, or the location of the act - but they continue to just refuse to make a consistent law that is solely based on the act - and the act alone it seems that if murder and stealing and assault are really bad at gas stations - then a useful reaction would be to provide a means to protect those sites better - a much more direct application of the social contract. Much better than uneven application of impotent gestures of legislative futility ... freefly?

Belly and back are part of freeflying - the OP is still a baby at those too learn it all - and in the best order to be good. Too many jumpers skip belly, back, and sitflying and just do crappy headdown - these people are NOT real freeflyers.. If they did all of it, they could be good - or at least they could be equally crappy in more orientations..... ... 21. see reply to from this. I don't know who you are quoting, but that one wasn't me. you're talking to yourself apparently and you are just funny in that note "the middle class won't spend their money, they'll just bring down their debt level" - hilarious, paying off a debt is a monetary transaction...... "printing money is the solution"? - funny also, diluting the value of what everybody owns is just as effective as dramatically increasing minimum wage - it's just another form of redisty as for "economics is not a morality system" that sounds pretty odd when you seem to be coming from a "social justice" set of actions ... 23. That's a very lefty way of phrasing that. If you like the payroll tax holiday, then figure out a way to BUDGET for it. either - collect equivalent revenue from somewhere else to make up for the lost expected income (i.e., pay for it if the original budget was overspent in the first place) or; reduce your spending to account for the reduction in revenue (i.e., be responsible with the budget) I'm always amazed how only in politics, can a reduction in income be considered or announced as "spending" ... 24. Maybe one should try putting themselves in the cop's position, AND also putting themselves in the kid's position and then seeing which group you think you could have done better. And which group had more options. I hate "speech" when it's a mob like this. The gathering is the only real speech = "we're all together here because we're upset about 'something'". After that, it turns into a mob with no real interchange or discussions allowed, idiotic behavior, refusal to debate or listen, incoherence, etc, etc, etc. though it's still one form of known protest, it seems to always be the least productive. But maybe attendance at least impresses the more simpleminded college girls. And the 'mic' is so idiotic, I feel like I'm listening to a kindergarten play - and the topic just doesn't matter, just have the drones repeat the mantra. ... 25. I know you're trying to be clever, but your statement carelessly neglects the concept of an ethic being a personality trait, and not just something you dabble in a person with a work ethic certainly can retire - moot to the discussion here's an easy example - a waiter with no work ethic works provides very attentive service only when they serve someone known to tip well. a waiter with a good work ethic does that for all his customers as best he can - and when he takes a different job, he'll still attempt his best. ...
