Yep, I have my own personal "murderer". Well, except for one robin I rescued a while back. WOW! We have to stop this agreeing thing we have going! But he's right, you will save time getting ready to go out. The downside to short hair -- haircuts every 4 or 5 weeks. But I've had mine short for 16 years now (went from just below my shoulders to not quite as short as yours is now). I won't ever go back to long! Like I said, you look "sassy" ... now post a picture with a "sassy" look on your face!

I think you look better with the SHORT hair! Seriously! And I can say this because I'm over 40 ... you look YOUNGER with the short hair! Keep it. It'll take a bit to get used to (and as many have said, give it a few days to find it's "rhythym"). It's "sassy" on you!!

Yep, that's the way. When my puppy (and I still call him that even though he's almost 5 years old and 80lbs!) poops in the house, there's no point in getting angry with him. They don't MEAN to do it. They just have to go! My puppito has the run of the house all day long (he was in his kennel during the day up until about 2 years ago -- he's big and I didn't think that was fair to him -- he needs to stretch). So I took a chance. If I had stuff to clean up when I got home, so be it. That's the price I'd pay for having a pet in the house. And he's normally good about being left alone for several hours (sometimes 7 or 8!) without having an "accident". But if he does, as soon as I walk in the door, I can TELL by the way he acts that he's had an accident. There's no point in punishing him. He already knows and he's punished himself. I let Herc out, clean up the mess, bring him back in and tell him it's okay. They have accidents. Who can blame them. If you couldn't go pee for 8 hours, you might too. Puppies pee. Get used to it. But they love you unconditionally. The pee's worth it!
