    That's true...I'm not sure what the laws are here...I'm also just now becoming aware of the basic do's and don'ts of references...... The thing is....she did comment on that and openly admitted to me that she gave me a bad reference...... ~R+R...Oh...well... Find out if they're permitted (in some circumstances) to do that! They might not be and that could open up a whole other can o' worms! And it might be prudent to say, it might be a good idea to be careful who you list as references!     Depends on where you live. Where I live (unless it's a crime that's been reported and they can find out about it anyway through legal channels) I can't say "why" I don't recommend a person for a position (FOIPP and all - Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection).     Oooo Oooo.... Choppers were Cool!!! Ya gotta love the slapstick 3 speed :) Although it was a PITA trying to find a replacement front tire and inner tube See, I don't have that problem. This little baby still has some of the "nubbies" on the tires! It hasn't been out on the road (except for a short jaunt half way down the block) in 34 years!!! My brother "hung it up" when he was 8 and said he wasn't riding it until the boys quit trying to beat him up for it! Guess he's still got that problem! 'Shell 'Shell
