    I'm in the UK so am governed by the Civil Aviation Authority. Unfortunately under their current Class 2 Medical for a Private Pilots Licence my left eye does not meet the requirement on account of amblyopia (lazy eye) which I have had since birth. My right eye (corrected) is above the standard they require though. I was told by a couple of chopper pilots that I may be able to pass an FAA medical as they are not as stringent on visual acuity for a weak eye as the CAA is. Just trying to find out if this is true. I've contacted an FAA AME in this country and am waitng her initial response. Gerb I stir feelings in others they themselves don't understand. KA'CHOW !

    The UK is overflowing with second hand versions of these cars. Only trouble is they are all right hand drive. They have a tendency to conk out too. Surprising that seeing they are a Toyota. Nice cars all the same. Gerb I stir feelings in others they themselves don't understand. KA'CHOW !

    If your insane then I am too. I did the AFF1 jump without having any jump experience of any kind whatsoever. AFF 1 was literally my first ever jump. If you know whole heartedly that it's something you want to do, then do it. Gerb I stir feelings in others they themselves don't understand. KA'CHOW !

    The toughest ones psychologically are 3 and 4. As an AFF Student I totally agree. Level 3 was when I realised that I was becoming responsible for my own actions and stability. The thought of being 'on my own' after the JM released me hit me like a ton of bricks, even though I knew he was still right beside me to back me up. Once I'm confident in being able to fall with stability I'm sure that this feeling will go away and I will be able to progress. Having said that, I haven't done the flips yet, so maybe they will become the most difficult. Gerb I stir feelings in others they themselves don't understand. KA'CHOW !

    I start my AFF over again following a two year absence next Monday. I'm at Langar in the UK for 5 full days and I was hoping you could send good vibes to Mother Nature so that she doesn't spoil it.     Don't you dare leave. I've only known you for about two weeks now but I'll miss you if we don't chat anymore.
