About 2 month or so ago, a moving company knocked the rear bumper of my little old Mitsubishi. When they finally sent me a check, it was enough to cover repairs at the cheapest body shop around, but not enough for a rental so I could get to work. The money went to my mortgage. My first night at my new job, someone smashed a huge dent into the rear passenger side, about where the bumper should be. And 3 days ago, my CD player just quit, so I drive everywhere in silence. So yes, AggieDave, I feel your pain. Jess Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....

1:0:0(1?) My ankle looks mangled ad I can't walk and even though I was tempted to tape it and try anyway I resisted. SO this was one jumpless weekend. That case of beer should be for my first ever non-jumping weekend due to an injury. Only I'm not at the DZ so me and the kitties will have to drink it all. I'm going to te DZ on Wednesday. Oh shit, someone's going to have to go GET her and bring her to ELoy-the only reason I ever left the house to start skydiving was because I didn't reinstall the Sims after I upgraded my OS. OK, so not really a women's issue except the sore body part in question belongs to one. I just woke up and the ankle that was healing nicely is causing me a fair amount of pain (I would say I'm in agony but I figure amongst skydivers this barely even counts as a scrape so I'll just can the whining). Shouldn't it be getting better instead of worse? Will someone come and kiss it for me? Post whoring is a wonderful distraction at this moment in time, so just bear with me. Oh man...I'm getting respectable job offers requiring relocation from Hawaii to someplace COLD...give me the strength to keep my humble little job until I can get higher skydiving certifications, someone please tell me I'm doing the right thing making myself HAPPY instead of society....please... Everyone should skydive in Hawaii at least once, I think its probably humbling (because of the view and the turbulance). I didn't know Eric, I just started to learn this past June. www.dropzonehawaii.com (I learned here) www.pacific-skydiving.com (IMHO has the best plane on the DZ) www.hawaiiskydiving.com (has 3 of the 6 planes on the DZ and fastest turn around time, also best hours) Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....
