  8. Let me expound. It is illegal to jump through heavy cloud, light cloud, next to a cloud and withing 2000' horizontally of a cloud and within 500' below a cloud. (The 1000' above is silly) Is that the rule in the UK where his profile says he is from?   10. When I was out at Davis for high altitude jumps a couple of years ago there were some British Military guys that did either hop and pops or static line jumps at 30K,on rounds. Buddy of mine from flight school had access to one and let me jump it.No problem with the jump(he had never flown a jumper before).Just kept it above ETL and there were no issues.Just drop off,not push off.It will rock a little,but nothing drastic.
