Israel in 1950 wasn't that much different from Dubai. Its also not reallycorrect to say that Israel is self made as it recieved massive support from the US and to a lesser extent the UK. Also from millions of jewish people outside of the contry. As for the rest of the middle east being a 'shit hole' I'd guess you've not seen it. If you had the faintest idea of what you were talking about you'd know that the Koran is esentialy split in two, the first part is before the flight to Medina and is the 'New Testament' like peace love and harmony part and the second part is after the flight to Medina and is akin to the Old testment and is the fire and brimstone wary bit that people making stupid 'death cult' comments always love to quote.
