    Somtimes it does but only when people are ready to walk away from it. I don't know if that time will ever come in the North of Ireland.     I don't see how it could be possible for the PM to make such a statement and for those responsible not to be held to account for their actions. If they are legally aquitted then so be it but justice must be seen to be done. If this was in the US I'd be saying it so I can hardly have a double standard for the British Army which should be held to the highest standards. Of course the circumstances of the time should be accounted for but justice must be done.
