I haven't seen anywhere that he was killing in Christ's name. I have seen where Muslims are kiliing because Allah told them to. 72 Virgins and all that. Just goes to show that theres none so blind as those who refuse to see. So once again i refer you to the killers video, here it is all you have to do is click on the link and watch (if you don't get it the first time you can watch it a second and even a third) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAwp2FnRmsE&skipcontrinter=1 After watching the whole thing only a cretin could deny that the killer was acting as a right wing 'Christian' terrorist. In this case I doubt it, have you met anyone who has been inspired by the murders? I haven't, even the EDL is trying (and failing) to distance itself from his actions. Think we need to keep this in perspective, as terrible as the loss of life is we're still talking about a tiny amount of people on both sides who will resort to violence. The vast majority of Muslims and Christians are peaceful people who just want to get on with their lives and bring their children up happy and educated. To lose faith in that is to let the terrorists of both sides win a victory. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. http://blogs.aljazeera.net/americas/2011/07/22/knights-templar-mexicos-newest-drug-cartel Looks like the far right Christian terrorists in Europe now have some competition in Mexico. Banning firearms in Norway may have prevented the massacre

Are car bombs legal there? No? So much for banning guns. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca -

Do you know if this church has a history of preaching anything that could explain his behavior? i think that is unknown but in light of recent event even if it did its unlikely they would admit to it. Where are you getting that this has something to do with his religion? I still fail to see anything yet that convinces me this was anything more than someone schizophrenic like Loughner. Well you can read his manifesto and see it there or for a taster have a look at his video here (Watch the whole thing its in 4 parts) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAwp2FnRmsE&skipcontrinter=1 When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. True, I've heard little about his involvement in the Freemasons which is strange considering his incessant reference to the Knights Templar. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Breivik was baptized into the Protestant church. in his own words though...' Today's Protestant church is a joke. Priests in jeans who march for Palestine and churches that look like minimalist shopping centres. I am a supporter of an indirect collective conversion of the Protestant church back to the Catholic'. You might be right, depending on the results of the mental examination that I presume the court will now order. And yet, when I made the exact same argument about the Muslim Army psychiatrist who shot up Ft. Hood (that the only Muslim extremism was in the delusions of the shooter's mental illness), all the conservatives and bigots wiggled and danced to find an angle around that one. Funny how that works. Sort of like the left-wingers are doing here? Your comment makes no sense as the killer was a right wing conservative Christian. I agree, or at least I agree the connection is tenuous and it would be unsupportable to blame right-wing Christianity for this. The issue to me seems to be xenophobia, hatred of "outsiders" who dilute "cultural/ethnic purity". Wrong. In his 'Manifesto' He goes to great lengths to point out that he is against racists and is not one. Rather he is very clear that his problem is Islam and socialism which he sees as a nexus that is taking over Christian Europe. He is quite clear that he is a right wing Christian and that is the driving motivation in his actions. Some of his manifesto was plagerized from Ted Kazinsky. Not necessarily all original thought or ideology. Simple minds seldom differ. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Given that millions of camera thing that y'all have going on over there, I'm sure you're NOT talking about Merrye Olde as a free country. No you are quite right I am not. But Norway is far closer to true freedom than the UK or the USA. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Writing him off as a loony is a tempting but lazy and dangerous thing to do. He is part of a much larger body of the far right who agree with his aims and some with his methods. Its interesting though that in his hatred of what he describes as Marxists he adopted the tactics of Marxism. Taking upon himself the role of the vanguard taking violent action to awaken the proletariat in a call to arms against what he views as the enemy. It would be funny if it wasn't so bloody tragic.
