It's Memorial day.....a little refection... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dg0VQ5LQuEk "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

it's been several weeks now, I can't seem to match the time frames from Toledo to Merwin/Lewis river. I have no problems matching from take off to Toledo, arriving at 7:59. I am ending my flight time at the Lewis river crossing with a time of 34 minutes of flight. 34 minute and 22 seconds. If you add the flight time according to the map, it's 33 minutes. if you use my time frame, it's 34 minutes? this throws off the time slots on the map by one minute. I'm still a little confused at this point and need guidance on these findings. I have included a map with estimations only of where the plane was from start to finish. Let me try and sum this up for you Jo. I have been working on this for some time. I had many bumps along the way, computer problems put the whole thing on hold for several months. I had to learn how to fly the aircraft, this took a great deal of time given the level of "realism" the software has. "The DreamFleet 727 is without question, an incredibly deep product. Everything about the aircraft and documentation smacks of professionalism and quality. A cautionary note however: you are now entering the realm of less automation, more manual control and the additional workload that normally the third flight crew member, the Flight Engineer, would handle. You will have your hands full and oftentimes you will feel like you are hanging on to the tail of the aircraft as it speeds away from you! Take your time; follow the checklists and soon the cockpit will become familiar and what looks like a nightmare of systems will resolve itself into a clear picture." The DF727 comes with a superbly formatted 172 page Aircraft Operations Manual which breaks the aircraft down into individual systems that are directly addressed by the simulation. The system can be turned on by simply overriding the actual starting process, or you can learn how to start the engines just as it would be in the real world. some might consider this a game, while other do not. I have taken further steps for realism by making an enclosed cockpit with a yoke system and foot rudders. I also added the best weather system for accuracy. here is what one pilot has said about the software..... "DF has hit a home run! This thing flies more like a real 727 than anything I have ever seen outside of an airline simulator, and I’ll tell you a little secret, at the airline we once had at least one really old 727 simulator that did not fly as well as this!" Anthony Vallillo - 767 captain and former 727 captain for a major US carrier Now, with the standards mentioned above, and the testing I put the software through, one might think it's possible to re-fly the flight path. how can one do this you ask? I have sets of transcripts telling me what the plane was doing at certain times, altitudes and speed. I also have a map with little dots on it explaining minute by minute as to where the plane was. I have spoken to people who have had access to the files outside of the public, so I know how the the plane was flown as well. I have weather from the ground up to 10,000 and above (thanks to Hominid) I have spoken to pilots that give me tips needed. Robert99 has been a wealth of information. I can only do this in my spare time. I have a life that involves working for a living, personal things I do etc. so this will not happen over nite. lot's of things must be right in order to actually state the path has been done correctly. I am not setting out to discredit the path, I want to see if the path can be flown the way to believe it has been flown on the map. plain and simple. I have put a lot of money and time into this project. I think it's worth every last cent and second if you ask me. the system can easily convert to any other flight simulated program, or even run my Nascar software if I wish..... hopefully most will understand the reasoning behind doing this project. I have often heard you speak of "putting yourself in 1971" that's exactly what I'm trying to accomplish..... If that is an accurate bust, Cooper is dead, after his stint on a TV comedy show of course. Quote Wonderful video. Thanks for posting. Do you know who the young man is who is interviewing Roy Rose? I don't know who he is, but you can click on his user name under the video, it's "BRIMAXPRODUCTIONS" "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Quote who was the model? who was the sculptor? it was on a video, I thought I bookmarked it, but I didn't find it. I found this on Seattle PI http://www.seattlepi.com/local/article/Museum-of-Mysteries-looks-into-hijacking-tale-1249756.php For Questions on the museum Media or event scheduling contact either Charlette LeFevre or Philip Lipson 206-523-6348 seattlemysterymuseum@gmail.com found the video, doesn't really say much about the bust, more about Marla Cooper on the video.... http://www.travelchannel.com/video/db-cooper-found "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Has anyone ever seen the bust they made of Cooper? it's from the Northwest Museum Of Legends And Lore...... also an interview with the man who made the sketch of Cooper... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rS68OepZ1A "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Wong Whey, you are committed to finding nothing in the first place. I did not contribute to anything, right. I am contributing now. You don't want to hear my input because it is in conflict with what you want people to think. I believe it is better to know what really happened. The people should know what our Government does for us and HOW they do it. Illegal, underhanded, and taking advantage of our best citizens to trick play legislation. And YOU apparently approve of this technique. Bob, you couldn't sell your story at the Flea market at 50% off......nobody's buying it Bobby.....game over... Yup...... Had a great vacay. I met Bruce Smith and Sailshaw while I was there last month. ok, cool, been a while since we talked...how long were you there? April 17 - 21st. Hey....a little rain in Seattle is better than a winter advisory in Minnesota!! when are you coming South???? and the other thing "we won't find" is BK having anything to do with this..... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Hey Vicki, is that the space needle in the background of your photo? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

you should be able to read this, it's the list of inmates on the page, a total of 7. keep in mind that these guys were probably transported from different locations around Missouri. I only have this page, but I'm sure other can be provided. I noticed that there was no Perlita Avenue, only street and Drive. 4437 Perlita Avenue pops up in L.A. California, but not in New Orleans. I just wanted to find out for myself about who John Collins was, I don't have a problem talking about the find, but don't want to bury myself in it either. I told you in the past that I would help you, but you need to stop the concealing of things that won't hurt your case, such as the records. I understand holding certain things back, but validation is always the best policy...... I will have to break down the PDF file if I'm sending it via email, or if you wish to provide an address that it can be sent to, I'll send it on a disk..... a total of 7 inmates are on each page, 4 out of 7 received a Commutation, the rest were released on Parole, including one for 2nd degree murder. If Duane was released from Colorado in 1962, it appears he was eligible for a Commutation. no convictions in the last 3 years before applying. Harold Eugene Barrick Willie Thomas Armstrong James Henry Meachum Monroe Key.....these guys were processed the same day. Yes, it's ok for Geoff to contact me, he might remember me from emails we had about Marla Cooper. here is the record of MSP, I made this, but it's very similar to how it is on the ledger, the file is very large 61 mb, so I would have to break it down to show it. I can send you the original, I don't have a problem with that. don't read into anything you don't know, ask me before you come up with what you think is on the record. this should have been done years ago...... Yes, and the Herc FOUND and trailed the 727, something that the F 106s and the mighty SAGE integrated radar system were not able to accomplish. Can you imagine the Herc pilots' pride when returning to McChord and running into the "masters of the universe" F 106 fighter jocks? The F 106 was equipped with the MA1 control system that had a two way data link (radiotelemetry) to SAGE. This allowed intercept commands from the ground based radar to control the F 106 autopilot. The F 106 not only had air intercept radar but some models had an IRST infrared heat tracker that could be used to find jet exhaust from a taget aircraft at quite a distance. The Herc only had weather radar which was nearly useless for air intercept functions. 377 Interesting, I wasn't aware they could link to the SAGE....good info "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' C 123 was a real beast Amazon. Single engine performance at full gross weight was miserable. Later versions (C 123K) added two jets. Whats a "vibro" model C 130? I and many other happy WFFC campers jumped the oldest Herc still flying: N131EC, an RAAF surplus C 130A with three bladed props. I think it was built in 1958. It's still active today. 377 didn't a c-130 chase 305 that evening? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Why conceal? This question coming from Jo? How incredibly ironic. 377 I can tell you that I have had this photo and other documentation for about 8 hours now, this is news to about 99% End message...... The photo was taken at the start of his entry into the system 4-25-66 the ledger starts May 23, 1966 even that old computer should be able to save that pic, right click on it and "save as" "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Definitely YES. The FBI would NOT provide it even though I asked over and over and over. I have a foggy blurred photo taken when he was released the ex sent me - but all I have of that time. here it is, I was shocked myself, but I had to find out... Jo, since you are so nice I will ask you this....... would you like to see a picture of Duane in the Missouri State Prison? this kind of shows what someone with experience would do. not the point of the jump being possible. once the plane took off, Cooper had no idea of the weather, speed or altitude. this doesn't prove the jumps not possible, but we have a huge difference between the two..... I think Sheridan Peterson could have pulled off the Cooper heist, but I have a couple of problems with that scenario. The hijacker was ill-dressed for a jump. I don't think Peterson would have come to the party like that. He was a teacher and had good morals, from all the available evidence. He's been involved in civil rights, run for a school board position, and even wrote an 800 page-plus antiwar book. It seems anathema to his basic nature that he would stoop to threatening peoples' lives just to extort money. This, I think, would be beneath him. Not long before the jump, he was living in Tibet and testimony has shown he was there for the birth of his daughter. The FBI investigated him pretty good. It's a romantic thought though, I will admit. Hard to imagine him chain-smoking Raleighs, sucking bourbon, and coming dressed in a suit and some loafers for a hijacking. I doubt he even smokes. speaking of how the hijackers were dressed, what was McCoy wearing? anyone know?
