here is a summary of Weber, this is what California says about him. I also included one of his inmate record cards. I remember reading on here that you stated Duane had two tattoo's. the records show his arms covered with them? Duane seems to leave a mess where ever he went, I found it extremely difficult to believe he had anything to do with the CIA. he was an average criminal who was caught up in the system for years never learning from his mistakes. these records also confirm the news reports from the Treasure Island arrest, and the escape from Ohio. the FBI see's all of this, it's no wonder they didn't want to look into his past as you did. Duane seems to portray himself a lot as someone else (with good reason) what would you have done if you had found out all of this back in the late 70's? Maybe, just maybe Duane was trying to go out with a bang! I don't know. I just don't see any connection to Cooper here Jo. I know this is very hard to accept, but you need to find some hard evidence to open the eye's of the FBI for them to take another look. Bob, rest assure that no truth will ever be told by you! stop feeding off of people. we already went thru your little theory about "Janet" you know the one from Vancouver that you claimed lived in Portland. remember you made another mistake by claiming he landed on the west side of the Columbia above Tena Bar. This photo of Mac was taken in 1968, I know this for a FACT, because "I said so" anyone who wants a signed CERTIFIED copy, just PM me. I got in most of my trouble before I turned 18, no I don't have any glasses, nor received any I was once charged with GTA. I stole the golf cart that was being used in Caddyshack. I wised up before turning 19. been a good boy ever since, except for my driving record. that was cleared up in the 90's "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' they are called "Trustee's" I have had my share of bad times growing up, that was over 25 years ago. I can make a tattoo with a paper clip and the brown wash towels they use to have. I can make Alcohol with limited Ingredients and cool it in the toilet. it's called "Buck" not proud of it, but there is nothing I can do about now "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Thanks 377, actually they claim in 1951 that he was not adjudged a "habitual criminal" of section 644 of the penal code Jo needs to see all of this, I have only shown the tip of the berg....sadly. I'll copy everything and send it to her "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' these pics are better, just trying to show you that some things are not a mystery sometimes it says may 1959 on both release forms, perhaps 377 knows the meaning of this??? I will be glad to send you all of this information. I attached the pics, did you see them? here is his release papers from San Q and Chino..... you should be able to read this one, he got in trouble for having Bologna....10 lbs of it in his cell right click on the photo and "save image as" then you can enlarge them and see it better....I just got them, so I haven't tried to improve them, bad copies on some of the files...hard to read...even in person. I wouldn't be the best candidate for composing a letter for you Jo, but I can send you music along with the records I found from Missouri....they are on a disc, just need to copy one for you....... If these files are so confidential, and 100% non-eligible under FOIA...then why did they open them up for Geoff Gray? He's not a LEO. He was a guy writing a book, yet he was allowed access. The ice has been broken. You can make the request for free. They can only say no. It's still different from opening them up to the public. I don't think they will release anything, but go ahead a try, can't hurt..... Yes. My suggestion for public release was probably too much to expect. But I think Citizen Sleuths might have a shot at seeing them, if the request was written up properly. I think the only way would be a Political backing to put pressure on them. I doubt they would listen anyone else. that or, do like they did with the Alcatraz escape and hand it over to the US Marshal..... "DUH! Case Closed! The FBI does NOT want the TRUTH to be known! That is pretty damn obvious when a dumb ass old lady on the phone and a key board sits on the other side of the US and does more than the FBI did in 42 yr F-g yrs." Jo, nobody has come close to what the FBI has done with the Cooper case. did you send hundreds of soldiers looking for Cooper, have you spent hundreds of hours talking with actual witnesses, not just a few minute phone conversation. track down suspects stating they were Cooper, did you have the Air Force up looking for Weber clues? how many people have helped you vs the amount the FBI has used? you are one sided on this issue, you have done more investigating on Weber than the FBI has, but you haven't done as much as the FBI has. I think that's a fair statement. The FBI makes mistakes just as anyone else has, I believe you have made many. The FBI does not see Weber pointing out things in Washington to be any type of lead, I point things out to people all the time. Duane told you on your trip that he could of been the ground man, then in time of death he becomes Cooper? two different stories from a man known to change his identity in order to escape reality. how can you trust anything he said? the love you have for him is blocking the truth from yourself. I just don't see the connection, you try to show it, but it's all Circumstantial, or hearsay evidence. did you send the information to the FBI yet? Blevins is right, nobody is going to listen to you unless you put everything in order. I'll bet you I can get every file you are looking for with little problem. I don't believe Weber is Cooper, but I will help you if needed. according to Agent Carr, the bag looked like this... it's possible he was talking about the locations at 20:14 to 20:16. these positions would put Portland in his right window.........20:15 would be my guess looking from the sim window...... Oh Okay - at least I did NOT misunderstand what he was telling me. So they are on top of Vancouver in those shots you posted. I do NOT like to fly! the shots are from the Lake Merwin area, Vancouver is miles ahead. also I don't have any cloud coverage in these pics. do you know where Rat claims he could see Portland out his right side window? it goes against the known path......it's possible he was in the Battleground area, that would put his view to the right, I'll check... I think I even stated Vancouver in one of the pics for reference locations.... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Jo, those pics are from an area further away from Vancouver, 20 nautical miles away, this is not the area Rataczak was talking about, this was further up the path. "WELL, that puts him right over the old Grist Mill and the Cemetery Duane pointed out to me from the interstate and we did NOT go there" well. you might have a small problem here. back in the 70's all the way into the 2000's if I'm correct. that was the only known jump area, times have now changed and many do not believe Cooper jumped in the time frame on the map.... The transcripts say at 8:10 is the spot where they should check, the FBI puts a different time frame on it, and Rataczak says the jump happened 10-15 minutes past the last contact with Cooper, which was 8:05. this puts Cooper much further down the path than originally thought. I think the main problem back then was the difference between the oscillation and the pressure bump. if I am incorrect, someone will say something.... In the area of Merwin to Portland they do take heavy turns VS curves. this area in the air in much smaller that you would think. you don't have time for small curves. the plane does curve around the PDX area. The distance from the Lewis river, Merwin Lake area to PDX is about 22 Nautical miles. the distance from Battleground to the Columbia is about 10.5 Nautical miles. it's not that big of an area at speed of 170 KIAS. Here is a pic of the plane at 10,000 as it passes Merwin Lake...... I just flew a straight line from the Lewis river to the Columbia crossing. I have a time of 7:37 seconds from point A to point B. the map shows 20:10 to 20:16 but is 7 minutes. (winds were not correct though) "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Here is part of the FBI map, I outlined where V-23 is and Lake Merwin. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Remember some posts back when I was examining the maps a few wks ago. I kept saying "Give me one Fricking minute". Just one minute North and it changes the landing zone. It puts Cooper right where he needed to be - at least for me and what I think from the 1979 trip and the 2010 trip. ONE fricking minute and then everything correlates with everything else - meaning the places he took me and what I now believe to have been the escape route used by Cooper. (I base this on things Duane showed me and told me - and my memory of the places he took me and the things he showed me - but did NOT mention Cooper in those areas). Cooper was mention only ONE time on that trip and I thought it was a joke. Considering the area at that time we were in - I think it may have been! My mind wants to go back but my body screams NO. When I was out there in 2010 - the areas looked so different, but I was able to associate time and space and that was a plus. Now there are areas I need to go back to but, that is physically impossible for me at this time. I may NEVER get to go back. Now I have to put things in the hands of anyone who can or cares to help. I can talk better than I can walk or sit at this computer. There are those who have my contact information so if I need to verbalize some of what I remember - please do NOT hesitate to call. Right now for some reason I am crying and I should be elated. A lot of mixed feelings and the pain medication I think intensifies emotions. Here is wishing AirTwardo a safe jump! keep in mind that I am still in the testing stages, this does not confirm anything at this moment. these are issue's that have came up in the testing process. nothing should be taken as proof one way or another at this point. I had similar problems in the first part of the path, these were adjusted and didn't affect the path. at this point I could be doing something wrong in this leg of the path, so we must halt any conclusions at this point. I wouldn't be sure of wanting this time frame, it would put him in the lake if he bailed at 20:11.
