  1. how about we stop the story right here? you told me on the phone the FBI was closing the case on the anniversary 11/24/2013... did this happen. this was 4 months ago? you claim matches to the ticket (unconfirmed) you claim the letters are from Kenny (unconfirmed) you claim you have spoken to the FBI (unconfirmed) you claim a lot of things, but we are still waiting on the truth of anything you say? do you have any proof that you can REALLY talk about? I'm all ears, believe me..... I'll bet you a dollar on proof you spoke to the FBI.... just tell me where to send it? something is wrong here..... film at 11....or 6/13/2013 "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' 2. "Hi Shutter, I read your post about your dad, which was mostly ignored I noticed. I know this is tough, but think about this: They put you in a well-made, adjustable bed. Nursing staff in those units are checking all the time. Mostly, they CARE, and it's hard on everyone on that staff when someone dies. They deal with it a lot, and have feelings about everyone who comes into their care. And they discuss it with their families and other staff. They are human, too. They probably worked very hard at making your father as comfortable as possible. You all got a chance to say goodbye, I'll assume. There are worse ways to go, I've seen it. Trust me on this. As long as he lived a good life, that's the important thing, and I'm sure he did. So many do not. My sincerest sympathies to you." I appreciate the response, however you have some things confused about my response to my fathers passing. the staff did a wonderful job making sure my father was comfortable. I don't believe in the legal process itself. there should be no reason to allow someone to continue to fight after the machines are removed. sometimes they last days to weeks before passing. this puts a lot of suffering on those who tried to do the right thing. he died alone because we all thought (staff included) that the pacemaker was stopping his passing. they couldn't get the pacemaker to stop. we all agreed that we should go home after being there 18+ hours. we was only going to be away for several hours returning just before the people from the pacemaker company would arrive. I've seen death many times in my life, nobody gets use to it. as for the post being "ignored". I don't expect a lot of response with people I only know online. some contacted me which I did appreciate. I didn't make the post so everyone would respond with sympathy. someone asked, and I answered, I can't do anything else, nor can I expect anything else. Dave added: I'm 100% sure Georger didn't post anything disrespectful to me, or about my father. let it go..... 3. "Anyone heard from Shutter about his father?" after speaking with all of the doctors, we understood that nothing could be done. most of his organs were not functioning, so we had to decide on the right thing to do. this would be taking the machines away. Hospice got involved and took over the procedure. the 14 IV'S, dialysis & the respirator were removed leaving one single IV, Morphine. this was at 7:30 pm Saturday evening. midnight rolled around and he was still breathing. they had a problem shutting off his pacemaker. they told us someone from the pacemaker company would be at the hospital at 6 am to correct the problem. they told us the best thing to do was to go home and come back before 6 am. we all decided after a long painful day to do this. my father passed away at 2:55 am with nobody around. all though this was the right thing to do, I do not believe in this process. Dr Kevorkian had the right idea with ending life quickly so they family doesn't have to suffer through the stages of death. when a family pet is terminal, they tell you the best thing to do is to put him to sleep. it's quick & simple. I hope I never have to do this to someone again. it's pointless and painful watching someone struggle and hang on. my father didn't want us to make a fuss over his death. he didn't want a service to be held. his wish was to be cremated and his ashes put to sea. this wish will be grated and carried out exactly as he requested. 4. Just in case someone takes notice of my absence, it's because my Father has become very ill. he's been in failing heath for several months now. 10 days ago he was admitted with stomach pains. this turned out to be a hole in his stomach. it spread infection to the point of him not being able to fight it off. I have been shrugging it off with hopes of him getting better. I realize now that this is no longer a possibility, so it's now hitting me pretty hard. It's funny, the older you get, the more they start to disappear leaving you with a hole in your heart. I haven't had a family loss since 1988 & 1994. I'm a tough SOB, but turn into weak helpless fool when I lose someone close to me. my father is a great man who admire and respect. he was part of the Mercury project back in the late 50's he was aboard the USS Randolph during the Cuban Missile Crisis. a courageous and honorable man. before you go to sleep tonite. I can only ask for you to hit yours knees and ask for strength to help Jerry Lee Brown find peace. Good Night............ 8. "I contacted the person handling this yrs ago and was dissed." "then the FBI has some talking to do" The FBI handed over the case in the late 70's to the US Marshal's office. the FBI hasn't had anything to do with the missing men for 34 years now. who exactly was this person you contacted handling this? This is a direct quote from the Marshal handling the case for those who think they are wasting money on an old case. "The Marshals Service doesn’t waste hardly any money on anything. I spend almost nothing on the case in terms of dollars. I have a lot of other things I do and this case is not a priority. I work on it almost as much on my own time as here in the office. The time is well spent." "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' 14. nothing wrong with it at all. my Mom had her counters redone 2 years ago with Formica. (imitation marble) looks just fine. the cost of Granite was too much for her needs. the house was bought new in 1978, but was several years old. it was one of the four model homes for that development. 15. Well, this is ONE time I will insert my knowledge into something like this. Back in the early days of Formica - well, I still have formica. Many of the old formica - it was made and shipped - you could cut for your kitchen counter. The borders were separate - like a molding and usually made of metal or wood. Perhaps it was something else I am remembering - if it was not Formica it was something that came before formica. I presume I am the oldest woman on this thread and been in a kitchen since I could stand on a chair to dry the dishes. Formica can be used in the front. you simply glue a piece on and cut it with a razor knife/router etc. you can bend it to form. lots of different patterns. very simple to apply. Formica has been around for years. even prior to 1970. it's very brittle all by itself, chips easily on corners. it's still a good product though. just out dated. Marble/Granite has taken over the kitchen. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' 16. well, it seems he has some explaining to do. Dan Rattenbury leased the property in 2004. what I found strange was he said the previous owner told him about the story of the money found on the property. Blevins claimed in 2010 that woman owned the house (which he verified) who told the story of the $2,000 in twenties. Rattenbury leased the property from Infinity Investments. they bought the property from David M Cannings. Cannings purchased the home from the Powell's. where does the woman who moved to Colorado fit into this puzzle? is this Carolyn Powell?? he also claims Brian McWilliams owned the lot behind Kenny. no records can be found of a Brian McWilliams at all in Bonney Lake. Now, Rattenbury's story of the money find previous to him could make some sense because I found a satellite photo taken around 2002 showing the property being graded/resurfaced/leveled, or cleared. 1) who is the unidentified woman who owned Kenny's house? 2) who is Brian McWilliams with no trace in Bonney Lake? 3) Is Blevins saying McWilliams was willed the lot behind Kenny? if so, that's also wrong. 4) Dan Rattenbury said on Decoded the owner he purchased (Leased) the house from bulldozed the lot and this was when the money was found. 5) how did the story jump from 1994 to 2002 when the lot was bulldozed. someone is not being honest here. the Powell's couldn't have known, they sold the property years ago! 6) I would like to see the ad taken out by Skipp asking questions about the money. 7) I found records of the Powells, the Grimes, the Rattenburry's and a couple others involved, but, no McWilliams, or the lady who left for Colorado? 8) also, no records of Attempted Murder were recorded with Robin Powell that I found. he had some serious 2nd & 3rd degree assaults, but nothing about Attempted Murder. this tells me she was also not being honest. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  17. Dan Rattenbury claims the person before him told him about the money found on the property. do you know the person he is referring to? I have evidence that doesn't support this story. 1) Did Dan Rattenbury purchase the property in 2004? 2) Did Dan Rattenbury lease the property? 3) who owned the property in 2003? 4) Do you have the ad Skipp paid for asking about the money find? 5) Dan Rattenbury claims he spoke with the previous owner, something you would do if purchasing property. 6) Robert Blevins claims Dan didn't speak to the previous owner? 7) Who purchased the property from the Powell's? 8) No records found of a Brian McWilliams owning the lot behind Kenny's property. 9) Exactly what lot was left to Brian Williams? Perhaps you could shed some light on this, nothing adds up? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' 18. "We can definitely prove four things: That Christiansen and Geestman disappeared over the week of the hijacking, that Christiansen was unhappy with both his financial situation and the airline, that he knew how to use a parachute, and that he went through at least $21,000 in cash during an eight-month period following the hijacking. That figure does not include a large piece of land behind the Bonney Lake Safeway that Carolyn Tyner testified Christiansen purchased after the date of the hijacking." the above was on the PDF that is more accurate lol. you still have $10 for the adjoining lot. got proof of that one? let me guess....$16,000 for the house (zero proof) and $5,000 loan to a poor woman who paid it back in 2 years. (zero proof) we also know the kitchen disappeared after Kenny died. the famous piece of wood could have been placed there at any given time during one of it's many changes over the years. Lynn Rattenbury describes where she thinks the kitchen was prior to them moving in. when did Kenny purchase the property behind the Safeway? Also.....how is the Real Estate person coming along with the hard job of understanding these problematic land documents. still burning the midnight oil at the Library? If the picture you provide showing the countertop believed to be the same as what was found in the attic. what did Kenny do, change the width of the countertop? instead of replacing the countertop he must have shortened it, or there would not be an extra piece of countertop left over. are you sure this isn't the old countertop that is not shown in the picture? why would he glue down a piece he wasn't using. you claimed an expert looked at the photo and ID'd the piece. this must be after Kenny died. so, if you are only changing the top portion of the countertop, you wouldn't cut into it unless you were changing the the width, or length. the only pieces you would have would be for the sink. I'm guessing this is a demolition piece left over and some how got into the attic. since you only glue Formica down, there shouldn't be any loose pieces. why would he glue it and then destroy the existing wood underneath it? you simply apply heat and chip off the old Formica, or sand it and go right over it. no need to remove any wood from the countertop except where the sink goes. 21. The transfer theory is Norman's rigs get carried though his machine shop and the surfaces get various metal shavings and particles attached. The rigs are later put on the Norjack 727. Cooper in examining the rigs gets some of the metal debris on his tie. It's a long shot but worth investigating. If Norman's shop is the source of the Ti (pure, not alloyed) and Al that Tom found on the tie, it's worth knowing to avoid wasting time chasing down other sources. 377 I thought pure tie was not found in the average shop in 1970,71. isn't this a different beast when talking about pure titanium? IMO everything is worth checking. the other bad news is, where did the tie originate from. was it really Cooper's, or did he buy it prior to the crime. the tie had been used with a tie tack at one point, and not a clip. 22. Have you contacted Tom about it?. are you looking for transfer of Titanium from Cooper's hands, or clothing? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  23. Parody on existing tunes is allowed. Falls under First Amendment and Fair Use guidelines for the most part. The theme of the new lyrics should be similar in nature to the original. For example, if I made a love song out of it and it had nothing to do with money, being poor, etc. then it probably wouldn't fall under the guidelines. Mad Magazine and Cracked do it all the time as well. I wrote it because I thought it was funny. I'm currently seeking to have it recorded by a local artist using a banjo or two. I can play it on guitar, but it just isn't the same somehow.
  24. 'the deputies would be serving you with a warrant. YOU ARE WAY OVER THE LINE!" Jo, what is it that Bruce has done that can be considered illegal, or justification for a warrant from the Sheriff's Office? all of this would fall under a civil case. nobody would be arrested for anything. what exactly would it say on the warrant. Bruce was mean? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  25. Isn't your song based on what you really think Kenny is? I would watch your copyright while doing this. you better change the music as much as you try and change the words. if it's similar enough it could be considered infringement. I think Vanilla Ice was one of the first to go down. he used a couple notes of Bowies song.
