The evidence Robert refers to is from a local sheriff who had made some notes. the notes are incorrect as that don't match the testimony from the actual witnesses who seen the bomb. he just got things a little mixed up. he had people talking at the Ariel bar with the notes. they also say the plane was at 7,000 which was only for a few minutes during the first part of the flight. I would have to look it up but it doesn't match what the witnesses stated. you don't discount actual testimony from someone who wasn't there or part of the investigation. he was part of the search. much simpler to use road flares or even wood dowels. why use a couple hundred dollars worth of quarters that were flimsy and heavy. approx. eight cylindrical objects about six to eight inches long with four of the items being placed on other being banded with some sort of tape. some wires covered and uncovered. other testimony is similar.

When someone makes a claim the first thing you do is confront that person for more information. if one is not satisfied at that point, then yes you go directly to the source, if you can. If he did ask years later, you can't expect the FBI to have a revolving door for you to return anytime you wish. if they dismissed the chute, it's still considered part of the investigation. the policy doesn't permit discussion about an open case. You will probably get the same results asking for anything, for example, the test results on the money found on Tina Bar (FBI results) or the complete results of the drop test. You will probably not get an answer to who suspect #24 was, or anything involved with the case itself. it's open, and they will not discuss it with who ever wishes to see something. I agree that they should be a little more open with this case, but they follow strict guidelines apparently. the chute could of been sent to Washington, it was probably wasn't there during his visit. Jo, do you mind supplying the information from the Lawyer that made me take down Galen's comments? I seem to recall you talking about doing that, but I took his comments down for my own reasons, and out of respect for you! I believe you thanked me several times dealing with his behavior. That is not the area where the chute was found. the photo is not even in the flight path, or drop area according to the FBI's map. Amboy is about 6 nautical miles east of the path. Carr said it was found between position A & B on the map. that's miles away from Amboy. if the city's marked correctly, it appears that the photo is looking east. First off, I apologize if there have been screenshots of your site been put on here. I didn't know that and to me, a nobody, I don't think that's cool either. secondly, yes I am saying that it's okay to talk about other members and not okay to cut and paste their postings. I'm far from perfect, I've admitted this time again. I just got a $5,000 fine from OSHA, so I'm not in the best of moods. The fact still remains that none of this belongs on this forum. I'm not the owner here, nor is any of the posters here, so it's a little different for many. I've came here many times searching for peace, only to get attacked with censorship, and screenshot, after screenshot of the same comments made by Galen who has been long gone from my forum. I see several wanting it stopped elsewhere before anything is attempted here? I like the skydivers here, some of them are signed up on my forum, but never posted. I agree to a certain extent. I don't know how much of this you know about, but it basically started with the bickering here. I decided to start another forum excluding the one's you mentioned. Mr. Blevins decided that he wasn't going to be told where he can, or can not go, so, he joined under a false name specifically to stir the pot. Mr. Blevins went on to claim the same as you are by stating it's not fair to discuss him while he is banned, but it appears to be ok for him to speak of others like Galen Cook who is banned from here, or Meyer Louie? I put a stop to Galen's attacks on Mr. Blevins, and Jo Weber. he decided to be removed from the forum. the request was approved. Mr. Blevins went on for months speaking of these chosen few that were banned from here, including taking screenshots of what was said on my forum. this seems to be acceptable on this side? The whole problem I see is that Mr. Blevins, and Georger have never been able to discuss anything with each other. Make sure you ask him if he plotted the course, and the time frames on the map. you seem to think he has all the answers. I've read several different ones from the crew. also, see if he will put his name on it for accuracy. Yes, he flew the plane, it's the FBI flight path map, not the Bill Rataczak map. will he tell you it's 100% accurate? how can he do that? What is Rataczak going to tell me about the path that is clearly showing where the plane flew? how is re-creating the path changing history? if something is found I will notify the proper people to look at the data. He can't tell me anything different if it's not on the FBI flight path. how would that be re-creating it? I know the speeds, the weather, the altitude, the direction. what will Rataczak do to improve this? the path is right there in stone. you can't change it with out flying the path. I have to follow the path exactly how it is on the map. Now, if Rataczak says he didn't fly across Battleground like the map shows, then we can't re-create the path can we? if he says anything different than the map shows, that makes the path incorrect doesn't it? I'm sure he has seen the map, and hasn't added anything about the direction, or anything. Why do I need Rataczak? When I said "I believe" I was stating that I wasn't sure of what Rataczak said. that's all it was. Carr seems to believe they relied on the oscillation, and not the bump. this is another reason the entire flight logs seem to be missing, or entries. should be all kinds of talk in the drop time. I don't believe anything at this point. if the flight path is wrong, the whole thing is wrong. if some proof that the path is accurate shows up, it might help things in the future. mistakes happen, especially in calculations. even by really smart guys! I'm going by what Rataczak has stated in the past, and what the FBI has claimed in the past. The flight data recorder would also bury some theories, but that data is also unaccounted for. Tom told me the other night that nothing was found in regards to the flight data. I didn't start my project to jump to conclusions. this has been a long and hard process.
