Bob Knoss 7/15/2006 "Mac gave me two pictures of himself before he died and authorized their use for specific purposes.." but yet you claim you talk to him still. wrong again, right Knoss. the rock you crawled out of is calling you back Knoss, Run Knoss, Ruuuuun... Jo, the 3 point seat belt has been around a lot longer than I thought! 1959 to be exact, past 1990 they had them, no further question about it! they were well on there way in the late 70's. I doubt anything will change your mind unless I find your car! enjoy these pics..... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' I think the KEY word is STARTED and NOT mandatory. THe Pontiac I bought in 1984 or 1985 (BRAND NEW did NOT have anything but the hip belt). I am positive the Park Avenues did NOT have them either. 99.99% sure! Most indiviudal did NOT want them till they became MANDATORY. Sorry Jo, but the only thing you are correct about is the 1984/85. The Park Avenue was also equipped with airbags yours was used, I bet 100% they had the 3 point belts in it Jo... 27314.5. (a) (1) Subject to paragraph (3), no dealer shall sell or offer for sale any used passenger vehicle of a model year of 1972 to 1990, inclusive, unless there is affixed to the window of the left front door or, if there is no window, to another suitable location so that it may be seen and read by a person standing outside the vehicle at that location, a notice, printed in 14-point type, which reads as follows: "WARNING: While use of all seat belts reduces the chance of ejection, failure to install and use shoulder harnesses with lap belts can result in serious or fatal injuries in some crashes. Lap-only belts increase the chance of head and neck injury by allowing the upper torso to move unrestrained in a crash and increase the chance of spinal column and abdominal injuries by concentrating excessive force on the lower torso. Because children carry a disproportionate amount of body weight above the waist, they are more likely to sustain those injuries. Shoulder harnesses may be available that can be retrofitted in this vehicle. For more information call the Auto Safety Hotline at 1-800-424-9393." past 1990 they all had 3 point belts.....Now I'm done! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

ok, but if it was a Park Avenue, it still had the newer 3 point belt in it.... The old lap belts started disappearing in the mid 80's even with everything said Jo, I will still look something up for you if needed. all you have to do is ask, my beliefs of who Cooper is or was does not reflect what I think about you as a person Jo...... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

once again you wish to attack me personally... you said it was an older Park Avenue........ they all have a 3 point safety belt in them..... Then you mention what year you thought it was. "The auto wreck - I really do NOT remember if I had the seat belt on or not. It was only one that went across the hips. I had an older Park AVenue - the ones with the really plush leather seats that was oh so comfy! The patrolman did tell me that the accident would probably not have been survivable had I not been in the Park Avenue. Right now I cannot remember the yr of the car -probably 1995. " I found this not to be true Jo, The Park Avenue from 89 on had the 3 point safety belt! my project started in June of 2012. the computer I had couldn't handle the software I was adding to the program and had to be changed. How do you say it, Read the thread! "Now is that what you mean by my calling you NAMES? " Not correct Jo, in the past you have called me other names I won't mention or worth finding. now you have accused me of drinking twice, more false statements Jo! when someone makes a claim of physical danger against them, I start checking into the story. That's how it is done. my approach might be different than others, but I can't help that. I look into things people say and run with it. you claim it was staged and yet the Insurance company was right there? I'm simply not buying it Jo, I'm entitled to my opinion.....end of story.... Jo, your not stupid, extremely stubborn, yes...... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

FYI, the FBI is no longer controlling the missing men from Alcatraz, The US Marshal's Office is. again you are attacking me personally, Jo, I have responded to several issue's with your accident that don't seem right. I included my findings on this thread. how does this make my world tumble down? over a few questions? believe it or not Jo this thread is for discussing and validating evidence. Solving this crime is NOT of interest to you - it is a way to EXPRESS yourself...and to make yourself a part of something! You came here knowing nothing a few months ago and then U GOT the attention U were looking for with the flight assimilation. I hope it was worth the money U invested into it. " Jo, my project was going on for months before I told anyone on this thread, you have given the perfect example why I didn't do it at the start! well Georger and Hominid new of the project, but wasn't presented on DZ until a couple months ago.. please stop with the Knoss reply of not wanting to solve the case.... Good points 377, perhaps I was a little harsh in Jo's investigation, what I am getting at is her interpretation of what she has found. The Jo's way or no way look at it, she does not take criticism at all and lashes out when approached. So I do take back that part about how much she has done. still gives no reason to call people names when asking a question. WHY or WHAT drives U Mr. Shutter Man? What gives U the creditials to critizice me? What gives U the right to say U should have done this or that? Note - U do not just suggest U demand! Why do U even give a SHIT what I can prove or disprove???????? What is your MOTIVE in addressing anything I state????? Why don't U just ignore my posts??????? Grow up Jo....... Jo, you are a grown woman, start acting like one! why would I want the thread closed down, because I was hard on Jo? why does everything turn into my direction while asking you a question? you tell the same things over and over, you have been told this over and over Jo! The bottom line is I don't believe Weber had anything to do with this case! That is my opinion in which I'm entitled too..I see you brought up Alcatraz again, what have you done with that? nothing I'll bet. Jo, many times you have written in red letters and all caps, do I need to explain more? you have attacked my Character. you have attacked my employment. you call me names. and yet you cry when I ask you questions or find evidence against it? I am finished with this conversation, but will approach you any given time with any questions I have. Thank You "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Jo, you are the one trying to link it to this case, I am simply calling you out. you don't like me because I'm hard on you. your "evidence" falls apart when looked at. you claimed that you had single seat belts, I found different. you claim this was an attempt against your life and wish to forget it, but bring it up here? then say you don't have the report anymore? anyone who puts up evidence on here is subject to validation, if you can't handle that, I suggest you find a place that will only listen to your story! we are just supposed to allow you to write what ever you wish without justification? I don't call you names or scream is colors while commenting. try it sometime "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' "It was only one that went across the hips" Buick Park Avenue Manufacturer General Motors Production 1990–2005 (U.S.) 2007–present (China) Model years 1991–2005 (U.S.) had a 3 point seat belt, most also had air bags. years include 1990 to present. aggravating chime will continue if the seat belt is not engaged. Park Avenue had the 3 point seat belt before 1990 and had a conversion kit for the Electra (first generation) 85-88 End of data...... "THIS is the POST that ALIENATED MRSshutter - WHY? It was a painful incident I live with everyday - NOT SOMETHING I WISH TO RELIVE OR HAVE TO PROVE. What ARE U trying to PROVE. WE do NOT even know WHO U really ARE? Why is the ACCIDENT REPORT so important? U are off the WALL! Accident reports have personal information not everyone wants made public - such as SS#, legal name - etc. You get the accident report number and you have lots of personal information. To REQUIRE that kind of information from me is absurd. If the FBI wanted it for some reason all they had to do was ASK! I am going to MAKE up an ACCIDENT and injuries I received - NOT HARDLY. " once again I am amazed at your response. #1 I asked a simple question. #2 who I am really is none of your business, this is not a Court of law. #3 accident reports can be obtained easily and you can black out all personal information. #4 every time something is asked about the past with you becomes a big personal issue. you never want to prove anything Jo, where did I even ask you for a report? sure it would be nice for you to show it, but you won't. I'm sure it's on your DL, the Insurance company has one, the police have one etc. the personal information can be blacked out Jo, try getting out of the dark ages! I never said you made up the story, it's how you present the story that is questionable! nothing "off the wall" or "absurd". you are the one putting yourself into these positions. The bottom line is if you want a story to be believable, you must be able to back up what you say! I have yet to see this, and several others are telling you the exact same thing, so I guess we are all off the wall, except you? A good investigator (you are not) would have all of this information about Weber documented with evidence (you don't have) readily available when confronted. each and everything you present has a gap in it or is missing or lost, leaving only your word as proof. this is not good enough in my opinion. for someone who believes they were "targeted" you seem once again to be lacking any known evidence to even show how the accident happened! if someone tried to hurt me in any way, rest assure I would have documentation of the event! this is hogwash 101.... I have better things to do other than volley back and forth about useless information regarding this case. Have a nice day "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

no body believes anything you say Jo, you always fail to prove anything. The report for that accident should be part of your investigation, but you say you don't have, just like the rest of your story...... You just don't have it...... as you say, no need to reply..... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

"END of SUBJECT! DO not bring it up again." I asked a question, don't need that type of reply! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Jo, you said you were at a full stop, how did this become your fault???? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

"Had I not have have been a cautious driver and have hesitated I would have died " Jo goes on to explain: Number ONE I was NOT hit from the back. Number TWO I was at a full stop. WHY go on and on? You are what you are - and this is getting RIDICULOUS. Also it was not a Bronco. It did have a thing on the front of it that hunters use. That is the only thing you got right. how would you be a "cautious driver" while stopped and then get blamed for the accident???? one would think she was stopped were she wasn't supposed to be? This would hardly be a way to silence someone..... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.'
