  1. I'm just having a hard time understanding how a 17 or 18-year-old could fall for such a thing. When I was that age, if my boss had tried anything like that, I'm pretty sure that I would have told him to piss off.
  2. Ok, then I guess I won't go see it.
  3. In my PM, he invited me to dissect him... He should really be careful about what he asks for. (Hmm, drunk Keely with a dissecting kit... Now THAT's scary! )
  4. Yep, that's why I like them so much.

    Devils Rejects

I saw it on the shelf at Blockbuster yesterday. I wasn't very tempted to rent it though. I rented "House of a Thousand Corpses" once, but I kept falling asleep while trying to watch it.
  6. Ok, we finally got around to watching "Seed of Chucky" last night. It was pretty funny, but I didn't think it was quite as good as "Bride of Chucky" (that's still one of my favorite movies of all time )... It was good though... And yes, poor Redman. And is it just me, or did Glenn/Glenda look like David Bowie?

    What to do?

Well, if I were you I would clean my room, go through some boxes and do the laundry. Yeah right, you know me better than that. Now if I only had some liquor in the house...
  8. Well, because you seem to have left out one of the more obvious options in a "swallowing" poll.
  9. Hmm, I used it on a spot where a cat peed once, and none of my cats ever peed there again (like they normally would if they could still smell it). But there's probably better stuff available...
  10. I probably wouldn't date a Republican either... Of course, I wouldn't ask someone about that before deciding to go out on a date, but I would imagine that there would be enough differences in our personalities that we wouldn't want to date each other anyway.
  11. Hey, but at least you've got a few of them wearing your t-shirts.
  12. See, I told you that I'm not cool... I am a mean, mean woman. Well, my sister does love dogs, but I'm not so sure about the whole "crossdressing on Tuesdays" thing. Oh, and I don't like beer. I prefer whiskey.
  13. For some reason I suddenly feel this strange urge to go to Dallas. Hmm, maybe it is because my sister lives there.
  14. I'm not very cool, but then I'm not really from here. I've been here about 4-5 years now, but I still feel like a Texan; they haven't turned me into a "west coast chick" yet.
  15. Oops... pretty funny in a spelling thread. I don't actually feel any "hate" towards you, poor wording on my part. It just happens to be a pet peeve of mine, especially since I don't like having my own writing copied, which has happened before (not on here).
  16. Aw, your generosity is so touching, JP. Scuba is on my list of things to try one of these days... I was just starting to get into kayaking, but lately I have been preoccupied with buying a house... so until we get moved into the new house, I probably won't be doing too many exciting new things. Oh, and nice pics.
  17. So just put quotation marks around the stuff that you are quoting even if you don't know who wrote it. At least that way you won't look like you're trying to pass someone else's writing off as your own. I have no idea if that was your intention or not; I'm just telling you that it looks that way when you don't bother with at least some quotation marks. You don't have to do anything to please me, but if you dont want to have people pointing this stuff out then it might be a good idea to mention that you are quoting someone.
  18. I actually agreed with you Chris. (I read your post earlier before you edited it.) I think that if you're going to buy stuff like that on ebay, that it is your responsibility to know what you need to know about it and to ask any questions before bidding. If you don't know much about a Cypres (and don't want to take the time to learn before buying one), then you should probably at least be buying one from a reputable dealer rather than trying to bargain-shop on ebay. That being said, I don't think it was very cool of the seller to list it the way that he did, and I do think it was nice of everyone on here who wrote to the bidders to inform them of the mistake they were making.
