I'll be bringing some beer to Eloy as I figure I'm going to owe a case for jumping at Eloy for the first time (even though I have jumped one of Eloy's Otter's at another DZ, so I guess I have had some exposure to Eloy) and and I'll also owe another case since I'll be jumping my brand spanking new Sabre 2 canopy for the first time while I'm there. Seeing as it was kind of cloudy and mirky this morning, and I spent time doing some work and getting ready for leaving for Eloy tomorrow (as well as sitting on my ass watching my Broncos get their asses beaten by Oakland), I didn't jump today. I'm going to do two maybe three jumps tomorrow (putting me at 93 or 94). And then maybe a couple more on the 24th if I get there in time. So I'm thinking I'll hit 100 late on the 25th or early on the 26th (weather permitting). By the way, one of my home drop zone buddies (konradpetr) should already there and I'll need to call him once I arrive. This is going to be fun.

Pookie ... err ... that would be Derek ... aka ... Hooknswoop is working on his canopy course with those tapes right? You wouldn't want to mix some drunken revelry with some serious canopy instruction now would you? Speaking of revelry ... in less than 48 hours I will be in my car on the way to Eloy. I'm going to drive Monday night somewhere past the Albuqueque area and finish the rest of the trip and make it to Eloy sometime on the afternoon of the 24th (and maybe even get a jump or two in). Woo-hoo!!! It's going to be fun. Are there going to be anymore Christmas orphans out there? I know of several who should be at Eloy on the 24th-25th. I would have liked to have offered you girls a ride to Eloy from the airport, but I'm likely to arrive in Eloy several hours after your arrive. So I kept quiet. But maybe I'll see y'all at the Bent Prop on Christmas Eve (with all of the other Christmas Orphans). Also, before you worry about me, I think/hope that skycat can vouch for me that while I may bite, I'm no psycho killer. Besides you girls (sunshine and TG) shouldn't be worried, since TG has a certain killer reputation (hey I'm only going on what skycat has told me) and sunshine has threatened me what with pies and all that.
