  1. exactly he swore the oath he knew the consequences of his actions and he had other outlets fo voice his concerns legally You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  2. good point Quade that is why I also disagree with this ruling. DNA testing people that are already a suspect due to other evidence maybe but using DNA in a fishing expedition should be considered a warrantless search You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  3. Good stuff here. One thing i would add. On bigger dives I like to appoint someone inside to give me a thumbs up when everyone inside is in position and ready for the exit. Quick nod to front and them rear float to let them know the exit count is coming. Loud count and big moves so no one misses the count and everyone moving together. 4. I hear you Andy. Pretty much the definition of a hate crime " we don't take kindly to your kind around here" You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  5. why would you cut a vagina in half ?? that's just wrong You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  6. I guess they got what they wanted...attention but damn not a good idea considering recent events. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  7. You would assume incorrectly. i like the protection the bonds and insurance give me personally as the license holder. i also like the fact that not just anybody can pull a permit or bid on the jobs I can because of the insurance i carry. Why you would assume otherwise is beyond me. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  8. We are on the same page Phil I just took exception to this "If a business doesn't want to be insured, so be it" statement by DPREguy. We both know this is not the case. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  9. There are unlicensed contractors that operate outside of the law. But that does not mean the laws are not in place. Florida has been cracking down on unlicensed contractors ever since the fly by night roofing companies ripped off a lot of homeowners after the last few hurricanes. Any licensed contractor will not be able to renew their license, pull permits or even work on a construction site without meeting the insurance requirements. 10. wow not even close huh... I can't send my guys to a job site without liability insurance.Every one of my employees must be covered by workers comp insurance. Every time I renew my state license I need to show the state my liability and workers comp policies. Every sub I send to a job site must have liability and workers comp. Every place I go to pull a permit requires I add them to my liability insurance as a "certificate holder". having followed these requirements for the past 20 years I think maybe I am kinda close to the truth??
  11. +1 or tell us why it was not a viable option You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  12. Not really to maintain any type of State license or even to register a business most places there is a minimum amount of liability insurance required. Not even thinking about workers comp. performance bonds, bid bonds etc. Insurance is a very big expense for most businesses. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  13. What you're missing is 2016. There was absolutely no reason for any denial of intervention if it was truly possible, however, there is a HUGE motivation in attempting to paint the Obama Administration and especially any future Hilary Clinton Administration with this as some sort of conspiracy theory. That is all this is; nothing more. then why doesn't the administration say "we did not have assets close enough to help" or whatever reason they have for not sending help instead of saying "what does it matter now" You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  14. Well I guess that means if you're in a predicament like that, you'll be safe. I've always followed the "Eat or be eaten" philosophy. Andy can you tell us the "rest of the story" you were there right? You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  15. shit Andy we are gonna have to move further south You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

    Hey Skymama!

After getting glitter all inside my gear bag from a "friend" sending me a glitter car, I open cards carefully and slowly now. If I see glitter, I'm not opening it; that's what Normiss is for. Damn, just get him a tiara and a boa for when he opens them. I am sure Mark already has a boa and he can borrow Skymama's tiara You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  24. no that's why we do demo's for the chicks and the glory wait wait wait..wut? now how come i haven't conceived of doing demo's. How might i get into demo'ing for my local town?..and this strictly for the ladies SEE!!!!!!! awww, c'mon 'Twardo, help a brotha out. really though, i have low self esteem and any edge that will get me some ladies would be helpful. Can you teach me the ways of demo'ing? Well Okay...since you asked so kindly I'll give you a few quick hints to get you started. You'll need to work hard on developing some specialized skills. No, I don't mean Skydiving...anybody can do THAT! You need to perfect your multi-tasking envelope of skills... Practice signing autographs while standing on one foot and juggling three chainsaws & singing the National Anthem...drunk and in the dark! When you get that down we can go to step 2! Yep sounds about right. It is a plus if the chainsaws are on fire.... You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
  25. Yes! Most of my flights are pretty short (1-2 hours) so I can deal w/a window for that, but for anything longer, I like to stay very hydrated (thus I also need to use the lav) and also just like to get up and move the legs a bit. I'd rather not be "that guy" who asks my seatmates to get up constantly, so the aisle does the trick. __________________________________________________ short flights I like the window and try to get close to the front. longer flights depending on the bus we're in I look for seats with more legroom like the emergency exit row or at least an aisle seat so I can stretch my legs out in the aisle and annoy the FE's You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
