One can waive rights. I was in the military. Trust me - we waived a lot of them. This is not a Constitutional action since it's not a governmental action. However, it may constitute an unbargained for change to the terms of a lease agreement. Thus, the rule may be unenforceable against the current tenants. That'd probably be the closest he could get. I was curious about that kind of changing the rules after you are invested in the game You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

you are welcome Let me add Standards of good and bad were set a some point and either religions followed that standard or were out front I dont know which came first other that to state the earlist known writings concerning this were religious or biblical (I think) But, I also think we instictively know good from evil being human. Most of us do anyway. And good people who are parents usually raise good children. With or without religion IMO Lol @ this. And yes I think you are an extremist. not sure which part you find funny?? Damn good question. I am not a religious person and I did not raise my son in any church.. I do believe I raised him to be responsible. The thing is I was raised in the Lutheran religion so I cannot say that I was not influenced by that upbringing in believing what is right and what is wrong. Damn had my own question turned around on me thank you for making me think

15 time to subdue him. WTF man he didn't have a gun just shoot the guy in the leg once. We need to raise our standards on who we let be a cop. I have lost all respect for them. Can't believe I never heard that song before . It was some crazy shit I remember a picture not sure if it was in the News or the Free Press of our neighbor from across the alley. he was a firefighter and the pic in the paper showed him and a couple other firemen hiding under their truck while taking rounds from someone on a rooftop. Guess they didn't want the fire put out. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

77 is when i graduated from high school joined the navy and GTFO of there. went back briefly in 81 and found the job prospects were pretty slim and the weather still sucked my brother still lives up there in the burbs drives inot the city every day to work and hates it I was talking to him 1 day on his way home and asked him if he was stuck in traffic he says "the only rush hour in Detroit is everyone rushing to get out of town before dark" You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

Detroit has been losing population since 1950: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographic_history_of_Detroit true the city itself but many many people moved to the suburbs and still worked in the city. with the union factory jobs the middle class could afford bigger houses and nicer yards that were found in the suburbs after the riots in the late 60's there was huge exodus to the suburbs also You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

It is pretty sad. My family has been there for 3 generations. When I was born in 59' there were somewhere around 2 million people living in Detroit now it is somewhere around 700,00. google 'urban prairie" just sad You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
