Pretty much......I'm just looking to offset some of the cost of having the dedicated line. Especially being that it would sit unused during the VAST majority of the 24hr day. Yep....I can get a static IP if I want one. I still don't feel like 192 would be all that slow. Lets remember that this is a Frac T-1 with it's own card in the DSLAM and it's own T-1 port in the Lucent switch at the CO. Not quite the same as your average DSL set up. I believe you are correct there, but again it all depends on distance from the CO as it's still techinically a DSL line, just that your up and down is the same (er close to same) speed

Our DZ raised it's prices from $14 to $15 about 2 years ago and we haven't raised prices yet. The airport board though are dicks and we're the only ones who use the airport, they've raised our price at the pump to $2.54 plus tax... Kinda outrageous, but we have an STC on the plane and can mix 50/50 during the summer as needed to save some with the load times around .6 with the heat. Hopefully we don't need to raise the jump prices any, I guess it's kinda up to me, and I don't see a reason to do so at our dz

This same thing happened to me, no moon, off DZ landing, no forward drive, heading towards a train. Didn't flare, didn't even have my hands in my toggle as I was trying to throw my glow stick I had on my head down to count the delay. Bad situation, glad it was a freshly plowed field. If I even had a double mal, I'd try to be the first to land a wingsuit...

Also consider that the things you may have learned at a coach course from another DZ may not be the way that your current DZ of employment would prefer that you teach because of the issue of confusing students when the next coach comes along and tries to teach them something differently. Packing is a perfect example of this, students don't know what's right and wrong because everyone teaches something differently, though with coach dives, and especially teaching PRCP's and how to turn and what no, over educating and or undereducating a student can be dangerous. Although the policy of our DZ is still not set in stone, it is on the back wall for all to read along with the progression and I urge everyone to follow it to the best of their ability so we know where students have left off. I'm not sure of which 2 instances you're talking about, I can think of one, and to my knowledge I was standing next to you and you asked me for my opinion. I didn't feel that this was undermining you. My best advice, comfront the instructor who did so and advise your DZO, DZA, President about the situation or the VP. It's easier for me to handle matters like this when they happen, instead of hearing from a fellow jumper to check dz.com for a post... I'm sure I know who it is and why you are concerned, but we can't do anything unless you let myself and or the S&TA know about it. Just saw it yesterday with 2 friends. Pretty good movie. It's long, but didn't even notice it, and usually I get really tired of sitting for 2.5 hours plus. I'd say go see it, it's not great, but it's pretty good, especially if you follow the Greek Mythology stuff or ever read it. They followed it very closely and was very well presented.

Props to Merlin Suits!!! I just got my suit and it is exactly what I ordered. Great workmanship, matched my colors and the tie-dye was done excellently as well. Fits like a glove, which will be a first for my suits. Just one thing was left off it, but I tried to add it on late in the productions and probably got lost in the line of communcation. I give them 110%. She took my idea and ran with it and I finally have a jumpsuit that is exactly how I had pictured it! I'll get some pics up later
