hoping i found a solution for premiere 6.5 and Windows XP

no, nothing of that kind... it's just that when i installed the DV codec on the system, the premiere started to work real slow and i could not view none of the videos frame by frame, and in the end it showed an error report and shut down... damn, i can't wait till i get all of my team's footage of this year and start working on another project!!!! thanks for the replies -

i had some real problems which i couldn't solve on my own nore did i find a solution on the internet regarding issues that premiere has when intalling some additional codecs on windows XP... so, what i did, i simply installed 2 XPs on my pc, one with all of the codecs i need for viewing and encoding video files, and one only for the premiere... i haven't had time to play with premiere for now, but will next week... i just hope i won't have problems with the fact that i installed the premiere on the same drive as the system... anyone here that did the same thing? there's also a game called Ganja Farmer, in which you're a rasta man protecting your Ganja plantage from the DEA it's exactly the same, either you shoot down the chopper or the troopers... i don't know why, but i really liked to distroy their chutes... are we both crazy???
