Then why are you talking about the Revolution and the Declaration in a thread about the Constitution? Because that's where it started, & the Troll is British.

Though, the US certainly has some housecleaning to do, now. It's been almost a full 239 years since the FU heard round the world. Are some of our British friends still feeling penis envy, all these years later? Let's not argue, boys. We can go have lunch at a nice German restaurant ... Well, some of those people were actually only 3/5 of a person, IIRC, and they didn't get to have any say whatsoever in the "perfection" of the union. The wealthy landowners did, of course, manage to avoid having to pay for the French and Indian War that protected their holdings. I never said it happened all at once.

    nope, that's not how it works. When you make outlandish claims, the onus is on you. There's no value in trying to guess your citation and then reply with a critique. You will just (in Kallend's established style) simply claim "you have the wrong data - search again." If I found them without even looking. You can. Educating you isn't my job. They're not outlandish. You'd know that if you bothered to look for yourself. You've wasted more time. Find the Article I saw last night slamming the ACA through several patient surveys, too. Truth must hurt...

    That's not true. If the stated aims, goals, & effects of the ACA were actually realized. I'd be behind it 1,000%. I treat patients every day, all day who are struggling to get health care. It happens in affluent areas, as well as ghettos. My strong bias against govt. liars comes from decades of experience. Now, They have to prove their intent. In the ACA, as in most else in this cointry, they've continued to fail miserably in that.

Otherwise, it seems just as likely they're bullshit numbers from Fox. But without any foundation, they cannot be examined or criticized for inaccuracy. The most common tendency is to take a single data point and pass it off as being the general case. Type a query into Google, & have at it. I've heard & seen those numbers over the past week. Knock yourself out...

I'm sure you mean a triple digit increase - don't you? That was unprecedented. Some States ARE going to see a doubling of premium' rates. I was going for overall increases. I see - For the greater good. If we can save just ONE child. I see where you are in your beliefs. Fuck 9 or 10 MILLION people's life - but hey - we got our way, right? Ya got me wrong, turtle dude. I've been against the ACA_CF from day one.

Rates have been going up 7-8%, annually. They're about to go up far more than that. Ahem... That's not even factoring in the huge increases in deductibles. Ahem......Ahem. Really hate to burst your bubble, but you've been lied to. Obamanos isn't your Savior. He's just the latest Asswipe mouthpiece for the 1%.

    You view the ACA_CF as functional ?? Seven million People have insurance most of them can barely afford, now. When the rates go vertical? They'll be forced to bail. If they actually try using that insurance, discovering that they STILL owe several thou$and after a simple hospital stay. They'll be forced to leave even sooner. It's failing on its own, just fine. It doesn't need any prodding from the opposition.
