    I searched and I need to place an order today, so maybe you guys could help me out. I don't want the very best because I'll probably go digital soon. But I need to buy a good, reliable 35mm still camera in a hurry. Which one? Rebel? Which model? Is the default lense good enough? Thanks!

    too many; 13; 0 too many cool people lost this year. please please please be careful out there. 13 jumps. weather was iffy all weekend, but I managed to do okay. some freefly, tracking, tandem videos, and a belly dive this morning with the Golden Knights (that was cool!). no beer that i can think of. but i think i drank too much this weekend.

    that's not what i'm saying. are you capable of making money somehow some way? do you have a plan for the "what if"? like what if you have a bunch of babies and your husband dies? what if your husband is seriously injured and you become the "bread winner"? do you have a plan? i think it would be fairly irresponsbile to have children without a plan like this. plus, if you never get out and "do it on your own", then you are missing out on a huge chunk of life experience. even if you work at mcdonalds, you are still supporting yourself and therefore financially independent. i wouldn't marry someone because i thought they could take care of me. i would marry someone because i loved that person and wanted to grow old with them. plus, i make a good sugar mamma.

    Who wouldn't want to be financially independent? Stabily? Who cares. Independence..... can never be sacrificed. Nothing is forever, and you are the one soley responsible for yourself.

    4+; 16+; 2 At least 4 times that I have watched Team America this month alone and laughed till my stomach hurt!!!!!! At least 16 jumps, but I need to officially check that when I get home and fill in my log book tonight. Lots of tandem video, very little freefly, some cool CRW, and a demo into the county fair. First real CRW jump. All I can say is.... WOW! This was one of the coolest experiences of my life. Went out with a few shit hot canopy pilots who taught me a thing or two. Last night's sunset load we got a stack, a biplane and a downplane. The downplane would have worked better if Mike's shoe hadn't flown off. 900th... but I have to finish logging to see what that jump was. I just know I must have hit it this weekend.

    I'm with you on this one, Rob. That shark is so freakin cool! It's HUGE and powerful and beautiful. Some knuckleheads took that away from the rest of us for some silly competition. Bummer.
