    5 years old - Anaphalactic reaction to bee stings after bumping my head into a nest and getting 10 stings on my head. 15 years old - Should have been in a car that crashed on the way home from a party. Alcohol was involved. Would not have survived. Fortunately, for me, I was grounded and had to stay home. 16 years old - grand mal seizure in the middle of the high school hallway. Cracked my head on the fall. Seized for at least 45 minutes. Scared the piss out of a lot of people. 17 years old - sitting shot gun in my friend's car when she crashed through the guard rail on a steep hill/turn near my house. safety wire grabbed the last tire just before going over and hitting a tree. my head cracked the windshield, but the radio still worked and was playing the violent femmes. since then, nothing major. knock on wood.

    Not yet.... but close. My goal this year was to hit 1000 before the end of the season. Think it's safe to say "no problemo" at this point.

    16; 13; 2 16 hours is how long it took us to get back from Chicago. Granted we made a few pitstops. 13 jumps at the orange boogie. First helicopter jump ever. Sunset load Sunday night. It was gorgeous out. So freakin cool. First birdman flocking dive. That was so cool I have to buy beer. There were 5 of us, for Adrock's last jump in the US for the next 2 years. That was sweet.

    Trying to fix a friend's slideshow and looking for an easy way to redo it. I have and know how to use (for the most part ) Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc. Can anyone recommend a good way of doing this??? Thanks!

    Kristin, I thought the SAME thing when I just looked at the classic Mark picture. That is 100% him! I've been laughing and crying all day thinking about our buddy, eh. The time I met Mark was in B building while packing.... my lineover! I remember trying to make the new Canadian guys feel welcome by yappin up a storm with them.... packed like crap.... gave myself a mal... and blamed it on Mark. Well, not really... but that was our joke. I have to go back through my footage from the last 2 seasons. We got to make a lot of jumps together. If someone is putting together a video, let me know and I will send it. If not, I would love to put one together.

    If you look in the dictionary under "good people" you would see a picture of Mark. I can't really say anything right now as I am in total shock. Mark, every jump I made with you was fucking fun as hell. Your smile, those silly sun glasses you wore, the way you said "eh" in that goofy ass Canadian way after EVERYTHING you said. You were the cat's ass dude! I will always smile when I think of you. Thanks for the good times bro. I will see you FO SHO when I get there. I love you! Eternal blue skies, long flights, sweet freeflys, and all that good shit. Somebody please let me know if there are services I can attend. I would be honored to be there.

    Bummer you guys didn't get much jumps in. Aren't you close by? We had some really high clouds yesterday, but it was totally jumpable. And today was gorgeous! Oh well... wrong place, wrong time I guess. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

    People actually got to jump here this weekend???????? I'm always the last to know! 0:0:0 Whoopee. Oh hell yeah! Did a ton of tandems!! Couldn't believe how fast they were pumpin em all out. For all the work they had, their staff was so freakin proficient, they got em all done well before sunset and managed to get some fun jumps in. I'm way impressed by this place. Lovin it. You should come out and make some jumps with us. I think they have a ton of tandems on Tuesday too.

    58, 8, 1 58 bucks I just spent on film development for one day of jumps. jeesh... still cameras cost A LOT of money!!!!! 8 great jumps at Skydive Midwest. I'm having a blast out here. Andre runs a great show. Sweet king air, great people, and really good flyers. Good shit. Bought beer for my first jumps at Midwest. Yay!

    I like the fact that skydiving is generally a self regulated sport. Granted we have USPA and FAA to instill some rules.. jumping through clouds... etc. That's fine. But as far as wing loading, RSLs, Cypresses.... I really hope these stay up to the individual. Though I agree with a lot of the safety reasons behind rules such as this, I am 100% Pro-Choice.

    1. Less than 1 hour till I am DONE with this job! No more solitary confinement. Turn in my security key and CYA! 2. My new job requires me to work from home (i.e. the dropzone) full time! In other words.. work between jumps!!! 3. I just scored a designated driver for tonight's going away party for Adrock. Which means Addie and I get to get wasted! Woohooo! 4. Tomorrow morning I fly out of here and head to Chicago for a week to jump and fly video. 5. When I get back from Chicago, I'm driving striaght to the ORANGE BOOGIE!!! Fuck yeah! Can life get ANY better??? I do not think soooooooooooo!
