    That's a good idea.... something like Jillians. I used to go to Jillians when I lived in Massachusettes. They have a Dave and Busters in Pittsburgh... probably similary to that. I was thinking something like that or a comedy club. Have fun on New Years Mr. Yoshi!!!!

    There was a guy who walked into a homeless shelter on Christmas Eve and handed out $35,000 cash to the needy. If I had the money to do something like that I would.

    Nature is powerful. This was a devistating event. Still waiting to hear if a neighbor is okay. She was in Bali but left to travel more in that area. Bali was okay, but we don't know exactly where she was when this hit. Still praying. To those that think natural disasters are magnificent and impressive... I agree. But I agree looking back on them, long after the pain of losing loved ones has subsided. Please try to respect each other. Some people out there are hurting right now.

    Our "ugliest" ornament is also our favorite one! Almost every ornament we hang on our tree was created by one of my siblings or myself as a child. Our #1 "ugliest" favorite we call "barf on a stick". That's the official name for it. And yes, I myself created this "barf on a stick" as a young inventor. I have NO idea what it is.... paper mache or something to that effect, painted purply-browny-blacky-grey, and mounted on a popcicle stick. It rocks!

    HOLY CRAP!!!!!! Wrongway got me a Sony PC110 video camera!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it!!!!! Yup, he made me cry. Oh, and his parents got me a blender! I got him a cool little MP3 player the size of your thumb to keep in his jumpsuit pocket for the way to altitude, and a Vladiball Spaceball to jump with this year. And a few other lil' things. What a good Christmas!!!!!! Oh, and Santa was nice and delivered my brother and his wife to me about 10 minutes before midnight on Christmas!!! It was great that they actually made it here before the end of the night.... after like 3 days of travelling!!! YAY!!!!

    Fuckers. Delta cancelled the flights today too. They told him they wouldn't be able to get him on a plane for 3 days. That's retarded. There are no rental cars in the New York City area. So, I booked them some train tickets this morning. They'll be here late tonight. So much for Christmas, eh?

    Sinkster, that's terrible! I know someone who posts on here, Downwind, who was trying to get to Arizona for the boogie 2 days ago... he got stuck because one of his connections was in Ohio. He called me from the bar at the airport almost 24 hours later!!! To all who are travelling this holiday season..... GOOD LUCK!!!! I guess have patience... what will happen will happen. Have a drink for me, Sinkster! Merry Christmas to you and everyone else!

    Brian, you are so kind!!! Thanks so much!! I just answered your PM. Okay, so an update... there is no flight out of ANYWHERE in NY tonight going anywhere near PA. Not even a connecting flight. So they are putting him and his beautiful wife up in a roach motel in NYC and he is on standby for a flight out in the morning. If all goes well he will join us just after breakfast. If nothing else, it's an adventure. His wife has only been to the US three times, including when they came over for their wedding. Good thing she is so positive and all. She is probably chearing my brother up as we speak. Although in her head she is probably thinking... crazy Americans!!!! Hahahaha. Thanks for letting me vent everyone!!!

    So, my brother and sister-in-law are trying to fly to Pittsburgh, PA from Moscow, Russia. They arrived at JFK in New York for their connecting flight. Well, apparently the airline cancelled the flight to Pittsburgh "because of weather". But a buddy of mine who is in New York right now says it's clear, calm, and above freezing. I'm in Pittsburgh and it's fine here!! Normally when they cancel a flight, don't they offer an alternative?? Not now! They told them "sorry, cancelled," and that's that. So they looked into renting a car and all the cars are already rented. So now they are stuck in New York and there are no other flights and no cars. WTF?!?!?!?!?! I see my brother about once a year since he lives in Russia. This really f*cking SUCKS!!!! Sorry... now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

    Shit. That is a real bummer. I'm very sorry to hear that. Does he have family that he can stay with or that can help him out??? Was he living alone? I'll take your word for it and kick down a few bucks to the paypal account. Tell Travis he's in my prayers and I hope he recovers mentally and financially from the fire. I'm glad nobody was hurt.

    Nope. Ha! I went through the same thing when I started skydiving. All of my skydiving friends shook their heads and said "cutaway!" I did, and it was a great move. Now I've been with my super hot flyboy for over a year and I'm HAPPY!
