Only bummer about that is you have to take 95, and that is sometimes less than fun to put it nicely. Make sure you come check out Skydive Virginia. I know everyone feels the love for their own DZ, but while there are other great DZ's out there, SDV has a community like nothing else I've ever heard of.

Hey, alright!!! Nice to know we're not alone. I start my move tomorrow!! Heading down to Vienna, VA. Can't wait to go check out all the local dzs. I've heard great things about them all, but especially about Orange for the freefly scene. I also love that it's less than 3 hours to XKeys. Plan on hitting up that dz as often as possible. Once you get settled, let us know and we'll meet up for some drinks or something!

Jason and I just saw it. I thought it was alright. Entertaining. Definitely not great by any means.

3 days. after my 21st birthday. lots of shots, lots of beer, lots of drinks, topped off with champaigne. first time i ever blacked out part of the evening. good thing i was with good friends that i could trust to take care of me. i will NEVER get that drunk again.

I parked my car at the DZ and saw my best friend was already there. He was standing in the parking lot buck ass naked! I said, "Dude! Why the hell are you naked?". He was holding a large box of jello shots and a box of chicken. I said, "the shots will come in handy latter, but what fo' that chicken?" I'm going to make chicken swoop when I can get a can-o-pea. But with all that said, I still wondered why the HELL he was standing there naked. I was scared. Just then two more of my friends also came into the parking lot with nothing but their rigs on and said... I guess you did not get our voicemail - but we have already put you on load one. I started to get nervous... holy shit... I can't get naked.. then they will... KNOW! So, I decided to do the only logical thing and play dead. So I lay down right there in the middle of the parking lot, just as you know who came screaming in the drive in their pimped out golf cart!

I have to agree with VSG. When times are tough, it's really hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We've all been there, and most of us will unfortunately be there again someday... whether it is losing a job, a loved one, or just being generally down in the dumps. As hard as it sounds, nothing is going to get better until you believe it is better. So you just have to cheer up and get on with life. Life isn't going to stop and wait for you to smile again. When I get really down, which trust me - I've been there, I get busy. Busy with work, busy with hobbies, busy with anything I can find. Don't sit at home in a dark room and watch tv or futz on the computer. That won't help at all. Try having a relationship with yourself. Love yourself. (shoosh, dirty minded fools! ) Go take a class in something, try a new sport, work overtime and kiss ass at the office to get that promotion you've always wanted. When you are confident and happy with yourself, that dream flyboy or flygirl will come right out of the shaddows and wisp you away. So... cheer up. We love yah!
