I already answered your question. Proper training so that current procedures are being followed properly. Also enhanced training so that TSA agents can spot potential threats before they even make it to the security checkpoint.

TSA BODY SCANNER MASTURBATION STORY IS FAKE!
doughboyshred replied to ridestrong's topic in Speakers Corner
doesn't matter if it's fake. It's a very real possibility that some dude is thumbing himself off while looking at the scanner images. Furthermore, the spank bank is real and nobody should have their naked image in another persons spank bank without their consent and intent. -
Well, we must have been doing alright, as it's been 9 years and there hasn't been a 9/11 type attack. Most of the potential problems have came from the procedures that were already in place not being followed. Secure cockpits would be a plus. Trained competent tsa agents that could actually follow their existing procedures properly, as well as spot potential terrorists based on their mannerisms. Air marshalls on EVERY flight. Really the most important change would be having competent tsa employees that were trained to spot potential problems before they even make it to the security checkpoint.

I boycotted today. I was asked if I was sure I wanted to avoid the body scanner. I explained I did not trust that my naked body wouldn't find its way to the internet. The pat down was made to sound like a punitive action for refusing the body scanner. They asked me to remove a bulky sweatshirt and when I pulled off the sweatshirt, rmy tshirt partially with the sweatshirt, I was told that I'd be fined if I exposed skin. I wasn't removing my Tshirt, but they were expecting it, or so it seems. As I was being felt up, I asked the TSA agent if he enjoyed being paid for groping people. He replied that I wasn't being groped, and that any further comments could result in "a bad day for me." TSA could stand for Tolerated Sexual Assault. I'm convinced it's a place pedophiles and perverts can find jobs and be exceptionally happy. Erstwhile, the terrorists already have won, and will win again. It must suck to be a rent-a-moron right now, and that's only going to serve to make them more defensive and likely to make more errors. that shit infuriates me. The whole concept that a piece of shit tsa agent can threaten to ruin your day if you say something they don't like. This is such a bunch of shit.

That this is the first step. If we allow this, we will soon live in a world where we are basically strip searched to go anywhere. We should be free to live as private of lives as we want to, and having to constantly allow others to look at our naked form is not private.

Terrorist aquitted of 284 of 285 charges.
doughboyshred replied to jgoose71's topic in Speakers Corner
They were caught on the battle field. Things go on on a battle field that most people usually don't have to deal with. Can you show me the constitutionally approved way to bash someones head in with the butt of a rifle? Or how about the politically correct way to bayonet someone to death? They were not caught in the U.S. with by law enforcement personnel. Torture is a violation of international law, military law, and civilian law. It doesn't matter where he was apprehended, what matters is that the information obtained about his actions was obtained through torture. -

Honestly, would you be happy about that decision if it were one of you family memers who was blown to bits in one of the bombings Of course not, but my anger would be directed towards the people that caused the information to be thrown out, by using torture. -

More like a shining example of why torture "coercive interrogations" should never be used. Funny how the same people that spout off about defending the constitution will gladly throw it away if they hear the word terrorist. -
That's where I was for a huge portion of my life. Now, I don't touch it. It had pretty much taken over my life. I would love to get high for a good show or something like that, but it's just not in my personality to do anything in moderation. Now that I don't smoke I am actually much happier and my emotions are much more level. Not on as much of a roller coaster ride. And, I don't forget nearly as much as I used to.

Thanks man! I can't wait to fly a wingsuit. That's my main goal, and I will get there. Thanks everybody for all the positive comments. Amazon, I am so looking forward to that. So excited that I only have one more jump before I get to go up high. I have relived yesterday's jump so many times. Nothing but joy. Loving it! -
Sick doesn't even come close. So freaking awesome.

After so much rain I didn't think I was going to get to jump for the third weekend in a row. Luckily for me and a handful of other NW jumpers the sun came out and the clouds parted for a few hours this afternoon. I was on the last C182 load of the day, and the sunset was amazing. All of the colors filtering through massive clouds that were seemingly everywhere except over the landing zone were stunning. This was my first 15 second free fall and my best jump yet. Everything was perfect. Perfect flight, perfect climb out for a perfect exit, perfect relaxed arch, with no chipping, checked altimeter when I was supposed to, right turn and left turn with no loss of stability or control, waived and pulled at the right altitude. Perfect. Got to watch the remainder of the gorgeous sunset as I was under canopy, and then I had a perfect landing. My first stand up landing. So stoked. What a great day. -

I had surgery a couple weeks. The nurse actually said "what for you jump out of a perfectly good airplane for". I about died laughing. She was black and had a good ebonics type thing going on so it really sounded like "wha fo you jump out of a perfectly good airplane fo? I immediately told her that's why we call you people whuffos. She looked at me like I was being racist with the you people remark. I had to quickly clarify that I was talking about non skydivers. That was pretty much the last thing I remember before waking up in the recovery room and saying "wow, I'm really high". LOL

I have absolutely no problem with plural marriages, as long as they are not forced, as they can be in some religious situations.

moonshine is more expensive than md 20/20 and night train. At least around here it is. And, I only know one person that can get moonshine. I know a lot of people that can get pretty much any drug you could want, and weed is about the easiest thing to get. Hell, it's easier than alcohol since most dealers deliver now.
-
We actually may see abuse rates go down if we shifted all of the funds spent on the drug war towards education and rehabilitation. I would like to see a program where anyone that wants to kick an addiction can check in to a full in patient treatment program at no charge. Again, I think the question we should be asking is how do we lower the negative impact of drug and alcohol abuse. It's clear that our current system of demonizing drugs and incarcerating users, while glorifying alcohol and celebrating drunkeness are not successful.

There will be more "recreational" users. It affects other peoples' lives. Users tend to congregate together and create nodes that spill over to neighboring areas. Property values decline. They don't pay rent on time. You lose your ability to support your family because they don't pay you to live there and they destroy the walls and chase paying customers away. No rent and you have to pay for damages. They don't pay attention to the No drugs clause on the Lease. You can't sue them. Recreational users usually live paycheck to paycheck. No personal responsibility. Soon you only can get those types to live there. You can't sell the place. You take a loss. They tend to get fired. Then you have to evict them. I think it's debatable whether there will be more recreational users. All one has to do is look at drug usage stats in the netherlands to see that argument is not necessarily true. Your other arguments, are legit, but have more to do with the socioeconomic status of most illegal drug users than with the drug use itself.

First Cutaway, jump 30, and got my A too
doughboyshred replied to skyflower_bloom's topic in Safety and Training
congrats on the A, and on staying calm and following your eps. -
No, I haven't tried it. But according to your previous post, you don't do drugs either. So, which is it?? I am completely sober at this point in my life. I don't use any drugs, but I have done a lot of drugs. Cocaine was one of my favorites for a couple years. I actually preferred crack. Crystal meth doesn't do anything for me. Opium was too much of a downer. MDMA was great fun. I loved LSD and mushrooms. Especially LSD. Ate that shit like candy for a few years. Pot was my thing though. Especially hash and hash oil. Took a long time to get past that.
