  1. Ask your instructor about your fallrate. They will tell you if it fast or slow. Tony Suit is a great suit and will make it to fit your fallrate what ever suit you choose from them. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  2. I hate to say this, but if you are getting only 50 jumps in 3 yrs in the sport, you may want to concider not jumping if you want to be really safe for you childs sake? The canopy you jump is great for you body weight and getting bigger will not help you. Jumping more and learning to fly the canopy you have will be better. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but it sounds to me as though your trying to find a canopy that is safer than the one you have? Stay current, it will be safer... www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

  6. Thats cool. Exit from inside the plane facing the front and do a short hop to the left keeping the head high and watch the plane fly away. Not nessesarily. Just get used to the openings without having to steer with your risers as it inflates. Try to pack for on heading openings and get them consistent. Just practice pulling with both hands, as though you were throwing 2 PC's. One from each side. Hope this helps. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  7. Hi Kris Please be aware just because someone has the 200 jumps within the 18 months doesnt mean they are ready to jump into a wing suit and fly. There are many thing that you need to work on before you can just put one on and be stable enough to fly one. Work on your exit's in the tracking position and be good enough to remain stable without bringing your arms up to the boxman position and remain there for the entire jump. A tracking jump so to speak. Also, get really comfortable with your openings and not reaching for the risers as it opens. These are a couple of things you can work on while getting to your 200 jumps. As for your gear? Not everyone jumps with a longer bridle. Just know your gear well and get proper BMI Instruction from a REAL BMI Instructor and you'll be fine. Be safe. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  8. Yes it does. I dont know whats worst? Seeing someone low that will never get back up, or having everyone in and getting to the ground thinking you have it, only to find out someone didnt change grips, or had the wrong grip? On some of the jumps on the the AZ 300 way and the Thailand 357 way jumps I saw people go low soon, and knew they weren't going to get back up. So you just scream in your helmet and go up and try it again till ya get it.... www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  9. Last year at Perris we had a 2 point 124 way held for about 7 sec after the 2nd point, but 2 people on the very outside missed the key and didnt change grips. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  10. Well from the looks of your profile you must have just started skydiving? I suggest having some fun, then go get your tandem rating? Be safe. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  11. Hello Mitch Good to hear your going to jump at SMB. Did you get to jump yesterday? Lodi had to send the Beech99 there because of Otter problems. Did you jump from it and who was your Instructor? If you do AFF there Raff ,Terri or tom are good Instructor's, and who know's, I may be there working sometime and get to jump with you too! Also, who did you get to jump with in New Zealand at Mercer? Was it a guy named Mal? Good luck and be safe. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  12. Hi Joe Your Instructor is right. Poor leg position is the most common problem that students have. Learning to have a good "relaxed arch" and point the toes what you want during the jump. Legs out too much is sometimes better than having them on your butt. Having them out too much may make you fly flat and a simple arch signal from your Instructor will help your legs into the correct position, just keep the toes pointed as you arch. Doing another jump and working on legs out and PRCD's "without" the instructor releasing you may give you some self confidence and relieve some of the pressure of being released until you are aware of what your legs are doing, then you can move on to the release jumps and feel much better. Another thing is dont think that everyone passes through the AFF course with no problems. Your not the 1st and surely wont be last. You'll get it, dont give up. 16. Are you telling me you'd put out and 85lb girl under a 220 with winds anything over about 9mph and expect her to land where you showed her to on her 1st AFF jump all because you just spotted good? Get an Instructor rating before you make one line comments.......... www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  17. I hope there wasn't any wind? *** Make sure you have a canopy AND HARNESS, the right size before you jump. At your size it may take your DZ alittle looking if they dont have one that fits, before you can do an AFF jump safely. Be safe. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  18. And you forgot to mention $13 jumps YEAR ROUND! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

  20. See what great a observation you had at just 4 jumps! The small amount an AFF Instructor makes doesn't seem to cover the cost of new teeth when a student does their helicopter impersonation www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  21. Because I love to watch the students shake from fear. You spelled my name wrong, but thats cool. And I dont seem to recall you shaking much. Be safe www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  22. Again...... Do you jump at wingsuit James? Or have you just had some problems with someone that does? www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

  24. Hasn't this has changed subject alittle? Going from no leg straps on a Birdman jump, to a seatbelt issue. Was this incident to to having his legstraps undone to accommadate his seatbelt? I dont think so. I NEVER unthread my leg straps and wouldnt suggest anyone to do so, no matter what type of suit they are jumping. Always step into your leg straps first, is how I teach all my students. Be safer. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  25. You also had the shittiest pilots! If you left from the trail plane they sure flew a BAD formation! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
